Half Dead Colour Indicators
By Ryuu. and 1 collaborators
This Guide will help you understand the Colour Indicators of the Cube Rooms (I believe this game is related to the movie "The Cube" from 1997, and therefore i will relate to the rooms as "Cube Rooms").

Since i only saw this tip once in a loading screen and forget it every now and then. I simply make a Guide for it now, so i can easily look it up.

Before whe get started.

There are 5 different colours for the Indicators, which colour every Cube room name which you can find in front of every door leading out of the room you currently are in.
Blue Indicator
Blue: 0
Every Cube room directly connected to the room you are currently in, is safe. (Rooms which are marked blue, can still contain a trap themself.)

Screenshot:
Green Indicator
Green: 1
Atleast 1 Cube room, which is directly connected to the room you are currently in, will contain a trap. (This can be a undiscovered trap, or someone already activated it. Indicator colours never change.)

Yellow Indicator
Yellow: 2
Atleast 2 Cube rooms, which are directly connected to the room you are currently in, will contain a trap. (This can be a undiscovered trap, or someone already activated it. Indicator colours never change.)

Purple Indicator
Purple: 3
Atleast 3 Cube rooms, which are directly connected to the room you are currently in, will contain a trap. (This can be a undiscovered trap, or someone already activated it. Indicator colours never change.)

Red Indicator
Red: 4
All 4 Cube rooms, which are directly connected to the room you are currently in, will contain a trap. (This can be a undiscovered trap, or someone already activated it. Indicator colours never change.)

Last tip and Infos.
If you press "O" (the letter, not the number), you will be able to move your mouse, and mark rooms with with a "!" on the minimap in the upper left corner.
Leftlick once to put a orange "!" Another Leftclick for a red "!" and a third Leftlick for a blue "!".
If you want to remove the "!", press Rightclick on it once and you will remove it.
Press "O" again to leave Marking Mode.

When i find a room with red Indicators, i will update the Guide, or if you find one, you can screenshot it and send it to me. I will add it to the Guide and put you into the Guide as Sauce.

If it helped, leave a rating and favourite. Helps to highlight the good from the bad Guides.

A few tips I've found through speculation to determine if the room with instantly kill you or not is if the room had a door trap (a mini trap when you opened the door) then it will not be an instant kill room (a room where there's no escape). Also, if there's a "survivor" inside the room it will not instant kill you either. The last tip is if there's been an instant kill room in any of the surrounding rooms, diagonaly as well, but only 1 square away. For example, if you found the instant kill room in B2, then A1, A2, A3, B1, B3, C1, C2 and C3 will not be instant kill rooms.

Sorry for the double post, but I'd like to mention that the indicator means there's EXACTLY that amount of rooms connected to it, not at least that many. So if you find a green room, it definitely only has one trap connected.

After me and my friend played some more HD after reading this guide (great guide by the way mate), we figured out how to efficiently use the warning marks; use orange on rooms you aren't sure whether they're a trap or not, red on rooms you know for sure are traps, and blue for safe rooms. Also, whenever you decide a room's a trap, don't forget to peek in and look at the room's colour, that way you can check the surrounding rooms as well.

I believe the Red Rooms (The ones that cage you in) are reffered to as "Lethal Rooms."

That is a way to mark possible locations of traps in a room. You can either mark it as medium deadly (dont know the real word for it now) Meaning that you can survive this trap room.
And the red means you will not survive this trap (The ones that make laser barriers at every gate)
But as far as i know, there is no way to find out what type of trap it is.
