I found a few house mods and made a nice looking middle-class house... Including a gaming setup, 1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, lounge, a nice green backyard, garage with fast cars, and a yachte on top for house parties

you need to download the addon p2p hero on gmod or go to here: http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=744977945 and subscribe to all of the mods

This sucks, I can't god damn download it, the map looks awesome, but steam won't let me subscribe to it!!! Is it a map that you made in hammer or something else?
