Beskrivelse
Updated
-Painted flight deck
-Updated deck to use the new beams
-Updated to steam engines
-Changed some interior decorations
-Slight superstructure update

I am back after a short break to finish a project I started a long time ago.

The IJN Zuikaku, of the Shokaku class, in glorious, magnificent, stupendous, 1:1 scale.

This beast of a ship consists of 22,156 blocks 19,365 blocks, so if you are running on a low end system, beware. (I was able to have 2 spawned with 9 P-51s*** and still get 30fps. check my profile for system info.)

Length: 258m
Beam - Flight deck: 31m
- Hull: 29m
- OA: 41m
Draft: 10m

Top speed - Fully loaded: 5m/s
- Unloaded: 5.5m/s
- Map speed: 3m/s

The Zuikaku is fitted with 16x 5in (127mm) dual purpose guns and 72x 20mm AA guns.

It can shoot down Dangerous Waters aircraft, so use that to gauge wether it's suitable for your campaign.

Materials cost:
215,919

Has 288,000 battery capacity, 16,100 ammo, and 864,000 fuel.

As you can see from the pictures, the Zuikaku can carry at least 9 aircraft*, it could maybe carry 11 or 12** based on spacing and size.

The little shield thingy at the front of the deck can be controlled by standing behind it and pressing Y and I.

*Not responsible for aircraft exploding on takeoff.
**Docking units are not installed on the ship and will have to be done manually.
***Aircraft in the images are not mine, credits go to whoever built them. Its in the default game under the US Dangerous Waters folder.

Yea , its kinda disapointing like your ships look great and all but they just floop over on their side.
but not all do.

@Jasonator99
This is happenening with a lot of my ships. One of the updates must have messed with boyancy and or mass of blocks.
In general, adding lead to the keel will move the center of mass below the center of boyancy thus providing stability

It keeps capsizing every time you load it in.

@Potato The Zuikaku is exactly the same as the Shokaku, with the addition of AA guns. The bridge is on the same side
