Unlockable units and factions

Guide indicating how to unlock characters and factions of Total War: WARHAMMER that require a range of content and/or objectives to be used by the player. For the campaign victory, you can complete the short victory campaign requirements.

Unlockable units and factions

Boris Todbringer (The Empire and Middeland)
-Type of unit: sir: infantry with sword.
-Requirements: Have Total War: WARHAMMER - Call of the Beastmen and complete the Eye for an Eye campaign.

Middeland
-Requirements: Have Total War: WARHAMMER - Call of the Beastmen and complete the Eye for an Eye campaign.

Mousillon
-Requirements: have Total War: WARHAMMER - Realm of the Wood Elves and complete the campaign The Epoch of Revelation.

Sarthorael the Eternal Watcher (Warriors of Chaos)
-Type of unit: sir: wizard.
-Requirements: complete the Great Campaign with one of the initial game factions: Dwarfs, Greenskin, The Empire or Vampire Counts.

The Red Duke (Vampire Counts and Mousillon)
-Type of unit: sir: infantry with sword.
-Requirements: have Total War: WARHAMMER - Realm of the Wood Elves and complete the campaign The Epoch of Revelation.

Unlockable dlc's

30 Regiments of Renown
-Type of dlc: new units to Beastmen, Wood Elves, Chaos Warriors, Bretonnia and Norsca.
-Requirements: Be registered in CA Account[account.creative-assembly.com].

I'm sure at some point they'll DLC the Red Duke, given how popular he is. They'd be insane not to.

If you unlock Mosillon, not with mods, you have it for skirmish and multiplayer battle; no for campaign.

I tought you could play in campaign as Mousillon as well... oh well too bad he's avaiable only skirmishes. (yes i know there is mod for that and you can confederate faction to get that lord but still)

If you have the dlc you can recruit the units of it, if you can, you must check integrity of cache or contact with the suport of Sega if the problem not solve.

i have the dlc for it, and i can recruit them as any faction but if i try to as dwarves it doesnt work?

If you haven't the dlc Unit of Renown, the AI can't recruit its.

so apparently when i play was dwarves i cant recruit regiments of renown but the ai can?

Same for me-- i just finished eye for an eye got the achievement and no Todbringer

It can be a fail with a mod, or problem with the new dlc that CA may solve. I haven't this problem.

[BEEF OVERLOAD]

the new units unlock and pop up but do not appear in the buy menu, so I gain a rank and it shows it unlocked but when I got to buy menu the unit is not there
