About the shield.

The Ankh Shield

is a Hardmode accessory that provides immunity to 11 (10 Mobile) different debuffs, knockback immunity, and provides an additional 4 defense. It is crafted from an Obsidian Shield and an Ankh Charm at the Tinkerer's Workshop. See Guide:Crafting an Ankh Shield for more information on how to craft it.
The Ankh Shield entails one of the most complex crafting trees in Terraria. It provides immunity from all of the following debuffs:

Sorry but i never saw the crimson hammer in my worlds and i have beaten moon like 5 or 6 times

TMW you always get the 2 items that craft together at the same time, or within a minute of each other. ( I ALWAYS get megaphone and fast clock at same time!!)
