1001%? I've got a challenge for you!

So maybe you have 1001%, and maybe you're getting a bit bored of the game you've already beaten the normal way. These challenges are for the true titans that want a challenge after emerging triumphant from mega satan. I've also made a few completion marks to fit these challenges, but please note i'm not the best artist. I don't make games, I play them.

Challenge #1: Heartbroken!

First of all you will need to have the special seed Full heart damage and mystery pills activated in your seed selection area. (Found by pressing q in the character selection. If it doesn't appear, open the seeds menu and type in the code from this site[bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com]) Once you've done this, proceed to the next step!

Challenge Rules!

-You're only allowed to use Magdalene.
-No Black Hearts or Soul Hearts are allowed, this includes all items that would give you soul hearts and black hearts after picking them up!
-All pills are unknown! "Now which one was full health again?"
-Defeat the boss in the Cathedral to complete this challenge!
-Completing this challenge will unlock the broken heart completion mark.

Challenge #2: Who's The Monster Here?

This challenge requires special seeds, make sure you have Camouflage Enemies, Black Body, and Extra Gore selected in the menu.

Challenge Rules!

-All enemies are hiding from you, you menace!
-Judas or Eve can be used.
-You're too powerful! Killing an enemy completely dismembers them!
-NO angel rooms! Devil deals available.
-Get the chest ending in hardmode to cleanse yourself of this evil!
-Completing this challenge gives you the Carved Cross completion mark!

Challenge #3: Twisted in Knots!

The seed required for this challenge is Unending Maze, make sure it's activated before you start!

Challenge Rules!

-Oh No! Controls are flipped! Can you survive with UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT to walk and W,A,S,D to shoot in different directions? (you need to do this manually via options)
-The maze NEVER ENDS! No matter how irritating it gets!
-You must play as Azazel for this challenge.
-Sucessfully get the chest ending in hardmode to escape this long maze!
-Beating this challenge gives you the Pretzel completion mark!

Challenge #4: Mega Satan's Curse!

This challenge requires the special seeds, "Hopelessly Lost, Permanant Darkness, Point of No Return, Full Heart Damage, and 30 Minute Limit"! Proceed after these are all selected in the seeds menu!

Challenge Rules!

-Mega Satan is taking over Isaac's Basement World! Two curses per floor!
-You must play as Azazel for this challenge.
-You can no longer escape boss rooms after they have been defeated!
-All damage does one full heart.
-Can you defeat Mega Satan within 30 minutes?
-After 30 minutes, Mega Satan curses you! 1 Full heart of damage every second!
-Completing this challenge gives you the "Hexagram" completion mark!

Challenge #5: Protect Judas!

For this challenge you need the following special seeds: Ice Physics, Full heart Damage, Permanant Darkness. Proceed after you put these in the game.

Challenge Rules!

-Judas is scared of the dark! No bombs or bomb related items are allowed! This includes the tower and bomb related trinkets!
-You must play as Judas for this challenge.
-We all love ice physics! Especially near spikes!
-All damage does one full heart.
-Complete the Dark Room in hard mode to face your fear head on!
-Completing this challenge earns you the "No Bombs" Completion Mark!

Challenge #6: Leave me out of this!

This final challenge requires, "Pacifism, Hopelessly Lost, Permanant Darkness, and Unending Maze". All must be activated for the challenge to be completed!

Challenge Rules!

-Isaac no longer wants to hurt anybody! Get through rooms without attacking anyone!
-You must play as Isaac for this challenge.
-Survival is most important, boss health automatically drains while you're in the room!
-No damage can be dealt via tears or pickups from Isaac.
-Isaac is losing his mind! 3 Curses per floor!
-Get to the Dark Room Ending to complete this challenge!
-Completing this challenge unlocks you the "Equality" completion mark!

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me. I was testing these challenges and that came up, use black body instead.
