Falkreath - Riverside Cabin

Leírás
This mod adds a small house in Falkreath across the stream near the watermill. It is fairly minimalist, with no strong gear or powerful reagents, but includes basic amenities such as an enchanting bench, alchemy lab, bed, and storage chest.

Currently the house is automatically owned by the player, but in the future may be purchaseable from the Jarl like any other house.

I looked around a bit and found a mod that should help you: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=11370

I haven't tried it out myself, but judging by the comments it works well. There is also a CK solution for individual home mods but I can't determine when I'd be implementing that, so I wanted to share the mod above in the meantime. The mod is probably a better idea anyway since it will also work with any other custom homes the player has installed.
