Description
Located just behind Jorrvaskr home to the companions by Skyforge in Whiterun.

She is a level 63 Argonian berserker. Now, you might think that a bit of a stretch in terms of immersion, but bare with me, her background will explain it all.

Skull-Face was born in Orsinium after her poor parents had moved to High Rock to sell themselves into serfdom of some Orc nobles in 4E 374. However, shortly after she was born, both her biological parents contracted some sort of sickness. Fearing for their infants life, they begged their owners to care for her. Within a few days, they'd passed away due to the illness.

Why is she named Skull-Face? Because not only is she a black scaled and feathered Argonian, but her facial scales are white and the sclera of her eyes is black while her pupils glow a mysterious yellow. No one can explain why her eyes glow like that of a vampire, but that is the way she was born(no, her parents were not vampires). Despite this fact, Skull-Face prefers to walk around at night, rather than day, as the bright midday sun hurts her eyes.

Her owners had no idea what to do with a newborn Argonian, and frankly they feared she really was a vampire. So they sent her off to Dushnikh Yal in Skyrim. No one expected her to survive for very long.

But, they were wrong. In fact, she grew to be an exceptionally skilled warrior. As genius as a master of destruction magic, but as deadly as any Orc berserker. And those of the stronghold came to respect her for the warrior she'd become, because not only is she a lethal warrior brandishing a mighty ebony warhammer called the Hammer of Judgement...but she is a very imposing figure indeed. Why? Because she towers over everyone else. She's not only singlehandedly crushed Dushnikh Yal's enemies, but she strikes fear into the hearts of the local bandit population...for no one has ever seen an Argonian that towers over even the biggest Orc warrior. She's so tall, even the Thalmor are forced to look up at her.

But, life in the stronghold was beginning to bore her by the time she was 18. Thus, she set out towards Markarth, looking to use her lethal skills as a warrior for hire. She spent a couple years living mostly in the Silver-Blood Inn, and making a name for herself throughout the hold. However, an incident came up when a Forsworn attempted to kill her in broad daylight, right outside the Inn. She quickly dispatched him by caving his skull in with her fists, but by then the seeds of fate had been planted, for she began to investigate the Forsworn problem in the city. Events arose, and she was eventually arrested by the city guard and thrown into Cidhna Mine.

There, she spent a few months, wondering just what to do with herself. While she complied with Madanach, the Forsworns King in Rags, she despised him. Something about him rubbed her the wrong way. So, she decided she would kill him the first chance she got. Thus, her chance came when Madanach finally made his move and showed everyone in the Mine the way to their freedom. But, that was his biggest mistake.

For when they'd reached the end of the Markarth ruins, Skull-Face unleashed her plan and slaughtered everyone around her with either her bare hands, or her shivs. There was only one who actually stood a chance against her, and that was Borkul the Beast. The Orc was about as tall as her, and they both were warriors of great strength. They're berserk battle went on for hours, long after Madanach was dead...though, eventually the two of them stumbled together and burst through the doors leading out into the city of Markarth.

Thonvar Silver-Blood, the man who had Skull-Face locked away, was witness to her struggle with Borkul. The two of them were evenly matched, but when they'd stumbled outside, Skull-Face landed atop him...giving her the upper hand.

She clawed his eyes out...then proceeded to strangle him to death.

Afterwards, she was pardoned by the Jarl, while becoming an acquaintance of the Silver-Blood family. As the years rolled by, Skull-Face became a well respected citizen of the Reach, and a feared enemy of the Forsworn. Jarl Igmund proclaimed her Thane of Markarth, and allowed her to purchase Vlindrel Hall. Thus, Markarth has a very powerful berserker Argonian, who prefers to call herself an Orc btw, who is Thane, mercenary, an acquaintance of the Silver-Bloods and acting night guard for the Markarth Treasury House. And now...she's been hearing talk of dragons and the return of a so-called 'Dragonborn'.
