A Non-Funpost guide to Bad Rats Achievements

This is a guide to the 2009 PC puzzle game “Bad Rats”, known for it’s very low quality graphics and sounds, along with it’s random, nonsensical physics engine. Fun fact: this game is gutter trash.

Introduction:

So, I’m almost positive nobody actually bought Bad Rats for themselves. This has just been a huge, elaborate troll on the Steam community. You know this game is ♥♥♥♥, I don’t even have to explain it, so let’s just get this over with. This will be covering how to the get the economic rat and cover all 44 maps required to get all the achievements, so you never have an excuse to play this RNG affront to everything that is good and holy.

When going for the achievements that require a set number of puzzles to be done under a time limit or correctly the first time in a row, you can save your game manually and reload the puzzle to save-scum instead of starting a new game. Multiple runs of this game make it much more bearable. If a cannon/rocket timer isn't listed, I wasn't able to get a set time down and it's best to try things out until you get a set time. Like I said, this game is garbage.

Keep in mind that Bad Rats is a very bad game with a random, terrible physics engine. What might work one time might take several times to recreate. Some of the solutions may be correct, but have to be done over and over until the game decides that you deserve to win. Please don’t buy this game for your friends, end this suffering.
