Speedrun and Minimalist for a lazy potatoe
By 🦄 lainverse
Stuck with these two and unable to do them no matter what or just don't want to? Don't worry, you still can get these achievements, you just won't really achieve them. -_- We are going to mess with a savegame data here. Or you can skip to the bottom and test debug mode level skip.

Savegame file location
Game stores save files in two locations:
c:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\TheFloorIsJelly\Local Store\theFloorIsJellySave.txt
c:\Steam\userdata\[somenumber]\295750\remote\jellySave

Second one is a Steam Cloud copy and it looks like the game prefers to use this one. It's slightly different from the first one. They are slightly different from each-other.

Now, when you know where your saves are located you can make a backup of both files to some safe location if you want to preserve your progress. Maybe. -_-
How to
  • Start the game.
  • Reset progress in "OPTIONS" menu.
  • Progress to the second level (touch 4 dots and jump into first window).
  • Save & Exit
  • Open your theFloorIsJellySave.txt in some proper text editor like Atom or Notepad++ or whatever you use. Gedit? vim? Damn, good sir, you are not a potato! Why are you still here? Nodepad? Well, it may work too.
  • Replace number 3 at the start with 240. So, instead of 3,330,... it shold become 240,330,...
  • Save it.
  • Disconnect from the internet or enable "flight" mode to make sure the game won't restore save from a Steam Cloud.
  • Open your jellySave.
  • Change it in the same way as theFloorIsJellySave.txt, but this time you have to skip two characters at the start... even if you don't see them. You better position cursor after 3, remove it with 1 stroke of a backspace and type 240.
  • Save this file as well.
  • Start the game.

If you did everything right you will end up at the very last level in the game. Now wait a bit for glitches filling up the screen and finish the level when they disappear.

If finishing the game at this stage will take more than 30 minutes and 920 jumps for you then you are not a potato. You are braindead zombie rabbit.
Was it not lazy enough for you?
Well, I have another way for you, but I don't guarantee it works! Haven't tested this. However...

I can confirm that the second option works. I just tested it.

So, here you go:
  • Start the game.
  • Reset progress in "OPTIONS" menu.
  • Start the first level and progress until the level and character appear.
  • Press Shift + ~ to open a debug menu.
  • Select LAST LEVEL and press space.

The game will show some garbage on the screen and jump straight to the last level. Finish it.

Did it work for you? Haven't felt like an achievement at all, right? Now you can try to do it in a proper way. Look at this video for the inspiration (not mine, I'm not even remotely that cool, yet): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=315320611

BTW, look at his other videos.

There is no guide for bugs, and I have a bug report. Where should I post this?
