Rueful Axe Improved

I made this a long time ago and put it on the Skyrim Nexus but never got around to putting it on here.

This mod improves the Rueful Axe in the following ways.

Brings its speed up to match every other battle axe in the game. (it was slower than warhammers)

Boosts its damage to bring it on par with a daedric battle axe

Removes its damage stamina enchantment so you can enchant it however you want.
