Descripción
The Slipstream was an experimental aircraft designed and built by Overwatch. It was meant to be a teleporting fighter, but something went catastrophically wrong during its inaugural test flight. The teleportation matrix malfunctioned, and both it and the Slipstream's pilot, Tracer, disappeared.

Now, following this game hype I recreated that sleek jet into Besiege. It main features are tiltable engine that can switch from VTOL configuration into forward flight with single button press.

It armed with twin cannon to engage targets, it does not have teleporter matrix but it's still very fast in game.

Taking off vertically is kinda tricky without proper practice even tho its still possible, but I suggest you take off normally like any other plane.

How-to-VTOL: Hold Accelerate (Z) and Pitch Up (G) at the same time, to correct its angle you can use roll combined with splitsecond release of the Accelerate and/or Pitch button. After gained enough altitude (approx. a tower high) press the toggle engine button (C) while still holding accelerate and pitch button.
Sounds complicated? Just unpin or press C when you start the simulation and take off like any other plane.

Default One-Hand Controls --
  • Pitch: T/G
  • Roll: F/H
  • Yaw:R/Y
  • Toggle Vertical/Forward Flight: C
  • Accelerate/Decelerate: Z/X

  • Retract/Extend Landing Gears: Right Alt/.

Alternative Two-Hand Controls --
  • Pitch: Up/Down
  • Roll:Left/Right
  • Yaw: A/D (Must use one of camera modes)
  • Accelerate/Decelerate: W/S (Must use one of camera modes)
  • Toggle Vertical/Forward Flight: C
  • Fire Cannons: Num 0

Camera modes --
  • Third Person: 1
  • First Person: 2
Block count: 310

New Update: Compatibility fix for the new 0.32 physics

Sorry for the late replies:
@thedarkmist Use TGYD Building tools
@killer80810b this is an experiment of using VTOL engine, thanks for the feedback, i will use it to improve my next VTOL engine

this is and amazing aircraft that you have built m8, but there does need to be a little buff to the engine VTOL, and it needs a little improvement the switch mode itself so that the engine quits swaying when in flight mode, you could always put some small grabbers near the engine to stop that from happening mabey.

Like when he shot down the other plane how did he spawn it too
Boom 25 JUN 2016 a las 20:51
how do you spawn more than one creation

There's one massive pet peeve with this;
I can't swap the acceleration keys around without it somehow screwing over.
PS: How did you get the engine to x7 speed? I wanted to tinker with it, but I can't find it in the file.

just in case

@Aeonix With this much accuracy, why do you still think this was a coincidence? XD
