Northern Realms = Midland , Skellige = Ismirs, Nilfgaard = angry peasants from the south.

looks nothing like LOTR map, also, every book and game that makes a map like this, they all look the same, you can't help that, but the obvious aside, comparing the two here, they aren't alike at all.

That's the end game map, when they finally figure out how to make it to that main land. We are playing on the small island to the north west. @jazzstart this is a real map, from the game. @trym we that little island.
