Options to Increase FPS and change FOV
By Asperyules
As most of you know, this game has a weird FPS problem. It's actually quite optimized but some options decrease FPS way too much.

To boost your FPS, go to Options and turn off;
*Vertical Synchronization
*Ambient Occlusion
*Motion Blur
*Antialiasing (You may want to use Antialiasing from your GPU's Software, I turned 8x AA from Radeon Software)
*Film Grain Effect
*Chromatic Aberration Effect

Turning off those options should AT LEAST double your FPS. Yes, those options are that bugged.

Now if you want to change the FOV, download 7-zip (it's a free archive software) from here ; http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

Then go to "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\DIRDE\DIR\" folder, and open Data0.pak with 7-zip or any archive software you want.

Inside it, go to "Data0.pak/data/skills" and right click to "default_levels.xml" and chose edit. Use CTRL+F to search for "CameraDefaultFOV" and change it with whatever you want. I suggest you to use it between 80-90 for 1080P gaming.

Thanks for reading the guide, I hope it was helpful.

it works for me and also with my rtx 3070 the strange thing is that if I deactivate it I only get 30 fps but if I keep it on it gets 60fps or 341 more with the guide that has been modified I don't know why the game gives me these very strange problems and the thing even more strange if I start the game in full screen it goes 20 fps if I start it in window it goes like before 341. any advice please:p2cube:
