How to talk to the Count of Skingrad.

When i was playing this game and playing the quest:''Allies for Bruma'', i wasn't able to talk to the count of Skingrad because the door was constantly locked, day and night. i decided to trepass and try to talk to him, and it worked, here a manual of how i did it:

- first you have to lockpick the door, it may need some practise because it's a very hard lock to open, if you don't have enough lockpick you can buy them at a guy near Chestnut handy stables, here's a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfjhrI2lA90

-then i just sneaked up the stairs and just walked forward until i found his bedroom, he was there, he runned (i think because i trepassed) and i talked to him before he could talk to me first. when you're done talking, he will just walk away and won't bother you by calling the guards or something.

his stupid argonian assistant wouldnt fetch him during the mage guild quests so i just dropped some very hard lock spells and snuck my way into his room, assistant tried to get the guards on the way back and i slapped her shit, essential so she didnt die.
