I'm sorry for the incredibly late response.
Apparently I forgot to add fortify alchemy to the Enchantment tab, BUT it was included in the All Enchantments Batch List which is where I pulled the line from. I'll make sure to add it under the regular enchantments tab.

Edit: I have added Fortify Alchemy under the Enchantments Codes tab. You can find it under the Armor Enchantments section. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I wish that I knew how to help you with both of those. I only know the commands here and for enchantments that are tied to items like that, unless someone else has found the code, I'm unable to post something that I can't find or know myself...
If you do happen to come across something of that sort, I'd be very thankful to have it shared with me.
I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help...
1) a command to set an enchantment's variable independent of my skill. For instance, if I wanted a sword that deals 666 fire damage on hit (for thematic reasons) and didn't want to keep fiddling with my skill level until I got it right.
2) enchantment codes for enchants that aren't normally learnable by the player, like the Pickpocketing buff on the Thieve's Guild Boots (because it totally makes sense that an enchant for fancier fingerwork would be on your shoes).
If the quest Paarthurnax is active, you cannot receive Dragon Hunting (the dragon lair quest) until you complete the Paarthurnax quest.
This is where you have to choose between The Greybeards and The Blades.
If you don't want to kill Paarthurnax, you can choose to spare him by going to Arngeir and warning him about the Blades' plan. You will be given the option to spare him. So don't worry.
