loved this map in gta so cool having it in my gmod games and bases. it's the only 3d map i've found on gmod so far as well. (let me know people if you know more).

The original mesh from GTA5's files was actually too high poly for source so I had to weld vertices together. If you can do it, re-export the original mesh as its gonna be way way higher quality than this one
