This mod puts two of every race into Dragonsreach to be your follower:

Imperial: heavy imperial officer armor with an imperial bow, 100 steel arrows, and a imperial sword and shield
Male: Zenon
Female: Elizabeth

Redguard: redguard clothing with a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, alteration and restoration spells, and two scimitars
Male: Ro-ark
Female: Harriet

Orc: orcish armor with a orcish bow, 100 orcish arrows, and a orcish greatsword
Male: Orun
Female: Garona

Bosmer: leather armor with a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, and a steel sword
Female: Illia
Male: Druid

Khajiit: thieves guild armor with a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, and a steel sword
Male: Gato
Female: Bast

Nord: steel plate armor with a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, and a steel greatsword
Female: Bertha
Male: Ulfbert

Argonian: dark brotherhood armor with an ebony bow, 100 ebony arrows, and two ebony daggers
Male: Lemas
Female: Lizandra

Altmer: thalmor robes with a elven bow, 100 elven arrows, an elven dagger, and equiped with Alteration and Electric spells
Male: Elfangor
Female: Airalin

Breton: college expert destruction robes with a steel dagger, a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, and equiped with Alteration and Ice spells
Male: Zenneth

Dunmer: archmage robes with a steel dagger, a hunting bow, 100 steel arrows, and equiped with Alteration and Fire spells
Female: Saara
Male: Nox

All followers level up with the player up to level 81, are essential, don't affect stealth, have the perks lightfoot, quiet casting, and silence, will do any crime, won't back away from a fight, and can be marriageable.
