Adds a Misaka Mikoto-led Sponsor to Beyond Earth: Rising Tides

(Non-Rising Tides version: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=379275981)

Unique Personality Trait: AIM Field Resonance, +1/2/3 Expeditions per Explorer, +25/40/50% chance of artifact from expeditions

Unique Agreements:

Scientific Glory: +25/50/75% Expedition Speed
Student Exchange: If you have less affinity than Misaka in her affinity, +15/25/33% Affinity Exp from Techs for that affinity


In addition (ported over from the previous version of the civ): Receives unique benefits for reaching level 7 in an affinity (It's in the Civilopedia).

Specifically:

Supremacy Lvl 7: Academies generate as much energy as they cost. Unique Railgun Launcher building (Ballistics) gives +10 orbital coverage to a city and unique Desolator Satellite (Communications) reduces yields in a 7 hex area by -1 food, -1 production. It's expensive, though.

Harmony Lvl 7: Energy from killed enemy units. Cloning plants gives +2 food, +2 health. Unique National Wonder (Swarm Intelligence) that gives a free Surveillance Web, +1 population, +1 health to all cities.

Purity Lvl 7: Culture from killed enemy units. +20% military unit production, and military units (except siege and air) receive +1 movement points.

(If you feel this is too OP and want to delete it, you can go to MisakaTrait.lua inside the mod foler and delete the lines:
Events.SerialEventGameMessagePopup.Add(MisakaSupremacy)
Events.SerialEventGameMessagePopup.Add(MisakaHarmony)
Events.SerialEventGameMessagePopup.Add(MisakaPurity)
GameEvents.PlayerDoTurn.Add(MisakaSupremacyAI)
GameEvents.PlayerDoTurn.Add(MisakaHarmonyAI)
GameEvents.PlayerDoTurn.Add(MisakaPurityAI)

but not GameEvents.TeamTechResearched.Add(MisakaStudentExchangeTechWatcher)

I can make this more convenient in the future if enough people want to turn it off.)

Adds New Seeding Options:

Colonist: Esper Training: +25% Worker Speed
Spacecraft: Manifest Reality: Upon landing, immediate discover a new workable source of xenomass, firaxite, and floatstone near capital
Cargo: Tree Diagram: Begin with a Weather Controller satellite
Teleporters: Begin with a Phasal Transporter satellite
Reality Manipulators: Begin with an Orbital Fabricator satellite

*UNDER CONSTRUCTION*
KNOWN BUG: The Desolator satellite has a messed up unit flag and looks weird in orbit.

Future features:
Harmony/Supremacy/Purity leader portraits: I would like an artist!
Custom Quests - Will take a while.
New Level 3 Spy Mission: Subvert Satellite
Desolator satellite will trigger condemnation when launched.

No custom music for now (the current Beyond Earth modding setup does not permit it)

@phoenyx33 That looks like a really interesting overhaul, that I will try to check out at some point (when I get bored of civ 6...). For now, I obviously haven't deliberately tried to make this work with Codex at all. If it works, it's pure luck.

Codex is a large overhaul. I think this will take you there ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=780912351 ). I know that the author of Madoka Magica has built their addon to work with it.

@木头的叶子 I'm not sure what to say about that. Are you sure you're using BERT? Are you playing an English version of BE? Have you tried my advice below to ActiveMars828? I've not encountered this problem before.
