Intro
On this tutorial, I will show to you how to win the game, fighting with the Pirates, without turn into a politican on the Baron quest. All of this it is based on the standard advanced settings.
Pirates at stages of the game
Legend:
Early Game: until fragmation cannon;
Late Game: Post Disintegrator.

Early Game: Pirates at the early game are really much stronger then the Coalition. Both of factions use the same equipment quality, but, the Coalition is very outnumbered. As well for the Coalition, dominadors will be a big trouble for the pirates. Pirates treat each other as brothers.

Middle-Game: The Coalition starts to get stronger, they have a little technological advantege against the pirates, but still it is not enough to contain the pirates numbers advantage. Dominators still have a advantage against both the Coalitioin and the pirates. Some random pirates start to attack each other.

Late-game At the late game, pirates suck, the coalition has a very stronger technological advantage, and numbers are not enough to cointain the Coaliton efforts anymore. They will lose a lot of systems just because a random ranger decided to visit the sector, in other words, it will be You against both dominatores and the Coalition. Your fellow pirates most of the times, even if you plan a attack, they will be just cowards and flee the system, and if they fight they will be just cannon fodder. Besides that, it will look like they are on a cival war, instead to save money and lives fighting against their common enemies, they will attack and kill each other for money. The coaltion will be much more stronger than the dominators.
How to start your game
Well, you just need almost defeat the coalition before the late-game, because you can not just research some technologies to defeat them. It will also depend on your late-game scenario.

Since you are very limited on the early game, you must do just focus on getting a lot of money and upgrade your ship to the maximum as soon as possible. I do reccomend you stick with the coalition (but do not fight the pirates of course) until you reached "Ace" Rank. This way, you will be able to buy a unique ship.
The beginning of your assault
If you have played well so far, you should have a good enough ship to kill 2 or 3 military units alone, but attack alone only if the system has a weak security. Also, your attack must be as short as possible, if it takes to much time, rangers reinforcements will arive.

Here are some advices:
- It is very important that you keep your Quark Bombs] that you gain with quests. Only use them to destroy capital ships and those OP kamikaze dominators spawn ships (but you must make sure you do not lose that system again to dominators).
- Try to avoid to destroy scientific bases. It can slow Blazer's research.
- Use your pirate your pirate license to tax civilian ships when you do have some free time.
- At a pirate dominion, fund raids. It will be at a (almost) random sector, this way, military ships can be distracted or killed by your fellow companions.
- Even if you are a coalition enemy, you can still donate dominators equipment at a sciece station. It will give you a lot of money.

If everything goes standard at the end of the early-game, dominators should control 50% of the galaxy and the coalition should be almost defeated at the end of the middle-game. But, it is very important that you DO NOT SLAVE THE COALITION BEFORE BLAZER'S TECHNOLOGY IS COMPLETED.
Post Coalition Era
Soon after the coalition's defeat, it will be hard. Pirates will be invaded on every front. But you should not worry about that right now. Your primary goal is to defeat all the 3 dominators bosses. Territory is a secundary objective right now.

How to defeat Keller

To defeat Keller, first you do need to reach "Baron" rank. He will atack your sectors randombly, so, on the map, try to look for a sector to is being attacked and has a worn hole on it. Enter on his worn hole, and defeat him at least one time. He will hail you. Try to be most pacific as possible with him (unfortunately I do not have a save file to check the correct dialog options). If you have done everything right, he will ask you if you have enough autority to speak for all advanced biological life, you just need to tell him that you are the pirate Boron and you will need to give him a system with all five races (the one next to the pirate secret base). After you have done that, Keller forces will not attack anymore systems.

How to defeat Terron

To adquire Terron's technology, you must buy it at any pirate base. You must pay 50000 credits, although you must have at least 100000.

To defeat Terron, you must travel to Gralgar system, it should be at a far end corner of the map. If you do not have enough fuel to travel there, there is no need to conquer any systems. You can do what I call, a "Cruzade". You do need a good enough ship to suffer heavy fire and/or even conquer just one sector alone (you do not need to control it for a long time). Jump as close as possible to Gralgar. When you reached the system, fly as close as possible to the system's sun. By doing that, you will recharge your fuel. When your fuel tank is fully or at enoght fuelled, jump to the next system. Do this until you reached Gralgar. Hail Terron, and do whatever you want to defeat him. After that is done, Terron forces will not attack your territory anymore.

How to defeat Blazer
Now, it is very important that you do not conquer keller and terron controlled systems. You must make sure that the battlefield is as small as possible. There are 2 ways to defeat him:

Technology:

Simple, if you do have his technology, hail him and do whatever you want do defeat him.

Combat:

It will be very very very hard to you to defeat blazer on a 1v1 (because all pirates will just flee) combat, even if you have the best ship setup. Besides Blazer, you even need to worry about other dominator ships. If you have no choice but to fight him, make sure you at least have some availble Quark Bombs or be very lucky.

He can be at any of his contolled system, but I do believe that it is more likely that you find him close to the front lines.

What if i'm on the late-game and the coalition is not defeated?

Well, if you reach this point, you just need to be very patient. Because, as i told you, some rangers single-single-handedly will defeat a whole pirate fleet and even if you plan a attack (not raid), all of them will act as cowards and leave the system. It will be you vs the Coalition.

You can also defeat the coalition easier by decreasing the total non dominator systems. For that you also need transfactorial beacon. The coalition and the pirates used to have around the same amount of systems, and that's why it's a bit hard to defeat them if there are too many systems. If there are like 20-22 non dominator systems or less, then you can conquer the systems alone/with some robots

Actually it's not hard to defeat the blazer. There are two ways I did before out of the one on one.
1) Using robots. In this case you get robots from quests or hyperspace. 2-3 should be enough, and update their weapon system ect. This option is the harder one.
2) Using transfactorial beacon - 1 or 2. This option only works if keller or terron is still alive. If you use 2, then in around 10 days ~60-70 ship should show up, and they will go for the smaller ships you and the blazer. To keep them on the blazer go to the deep space - 3000 <distance unit> from the edge of the map and wait there until the job's done.
