Trebuchet

Описание

- Trebuchet 1.0 -

This is a trebuchet known from games like Age of Empires 2 for example. It excellently works like the medieval machines did.

If you want to, you can add additional bombs and pick them up with the grabber. You can fire multiple times this way.

Controls:
  • arrow-keys to move
  • "1" to load
  • "2" to fire
  • "3" to free the bomb (at the right moment)

It's kind of a combo between a trebuchet and a catapult. It's pretty cool, in any case. It looks neat, and it can throw the bomb really far! 😃

trebuchets fire there rock s with wieght not eliastic secomdly thats more of a mangonel what used the tesions of a rope being pull by up to 40 men and thirdly i know it hard to do that but others have tho atleast you made something medieval unlike some thing in here

OR a Grabber attached to a block which is swinging on ropes? Just spit-balling, here. Lol

To make it a Trebuchet maybe add a hinge before the grabber so it swings more? Or a chain of hinges? I get ideas for stuff like this, but I'm no good at creating them. xD

Sorry, but this is a catapult, not a trebuchet. The trebuchet is unique because of the sling in which the rock sits. When the trebuchet fires, the sling swings around imparting extra momentum on the projectile.
Thus, without the sling, or a similar joint representing it, this is a catapult.

Other than that, this looks great and functions great.
