Enforcer

Underdog - Amount of demons fills you with anger

Shotgun Skills - Shotguns are always handy

Oppressor - Upgrades for your armor

Bullseye - You gain armor for headshots

Shock And Awe - Next armor upgrade

Transporter - Throw bags like you throw demons

Die Hard - Protection sounds good

Iron Man - Allows you to wear Praetor Suit (Helmet not included)

Scavenger - Find ammo even in dead demons

Saw Skills - Chainsaw gets deadlier

Ammo Specialist and Fully Loaded - Lack of ammo is not a thing

Technician

Drill Skills - You can use the saw, so why not a drill?

Ghost

Movement Skills - It's not like you gonna stop moving, right?

Shockproof - You can't be stopped, not even with electricity

Fugitive

Nine Lives - Doom Guy was always tough, Isn't that right?

Feign Death - Surrender is for demons

Martial Arts - Some additional protection from claws

Perk Decks

Sociopath - Best possible perk for Doom Guy, kills will give you armor and melee kills will give you some health (just like glory kills), also you can make those demons panic!

BUT IF U DON'T HAVE JACKET CHARACTER PACK


Armorer - This perk will be also great because it just makes your Praetor Suit better!

Mosconi 12G Shotgun - Just look at this beauty...

Brass Knuckles - From 1993...


Frag Grenades - ...To 2016

How to Rip And Tear?

1. Use your shotgun just like in the 90's

2. Use your saw to open doors and kill shields

3. Do glory melee kills and gain health back

4. Remember to give some ammo to your fellow marines

5. RIP AND TEAR

I think another alternative weapon for it could be the claire as secondary and the minigun Vulcan as primary. A double and chain combo for larger waves
