Ultimate Drug Mod

As I was unsatisfied with the current quality of Skooma, Moonsugar, etc., mods on the Worshop, I decided to make my own.

Current features:
-Craft skooma at a cooking pot with 1 moon sugar and 1 nightshade.
-Craft Moon Sugar with Ale and Moonstone ore, or ingots.
-Craft Double Distilled Skooma at a Cooking spit with 1 skooma, 1 moon sugar, 1 nightshade.
-Sell stuff to Addict in Whiterun behind Ysolda's house.
-Get tripped out when you take skooma
-Adds better effects to skooma
This is an early version.

Plan:
-Add more drugs from the other Elder Scrolls games
-Add more addicts to sell to
-Add punishments for being caught with illegal substances
-Add strong effects of drugs
-Add more addicts
