Skyrim Level Loop and Rapid Leveling

The quickest way to level up:

• Gain at least 590 gold
  
• Travel to the carriage in Whiterun
  
• Use the carriage to fast travel to Windhelm
  
• See Silda the Unseen
  
• 1. Train ONE level in pickpocket from her
  
• 2. sneak
  
• 3. SAVE YOUR GAME
  
• 4. Pickpocket your money back

Continue to repeat steps labeled 1-4 until you get to 4 out of 5 training levels used then Train once, sneak, LEVEL UP making sure to spend your perks in the first three linear perks for pickpocketing which would be all 5 Light Fingers, Night thief, and cutpurse. THEN pickpocket your money back. When you can no longer feasibly pickpocket the amount of money you're spending for a single training level go to a different skill trainer. Once this level loop tapers off (around 29-34) you can still use it to level up more rapidly, but it's no longer a loop.

At that point I typically get my level bar full, use this system for the 5 training levels, level up, use the system for those 5 training levels, and then go on my merry way

*I know that Extra Pockets seems pretty nice, but with how often you'll be making pickpocket legendary in this system it will be pointless.

*I would advise against leveling up a beyond 51 through trainers unless your pickpocket is at least 60 with 3 light fingers perks and a cutpurse perk.

*My typical trainer circuit is: Silda (pickpocket) found in Windhelm around the braziers scattered throughout the town, Geraud Gemane (Speech) found in Solitude in the Bard's college or Winking Skeever, Falion (Conjuration) found in Morthal as soon as you enter town follow the pier to the right and his house will be the last door on the right, Delvin (Sneak) Thieves' Guild, Niruin (Archery) Thieves' Guild, Vex (Lockpicking) Thieves' Guild, and then I don't particularly have an order after that.

so uhm i used the fortify restoration loop again when i actually had some points into restoration (first perk at least 2 or 3 3 for best results, and ofc physician and the other one) i leveled up 6 times at 15 and am now 21 and even leveled more and made an AWESOME piece of armor, if it doesnt work for you at low alchemy skill you gotta get it up to at least 40 and boom game broken lol

Another good one is to use muffle to level Illusion to 100, buy the master Calm spell from the College, then use it repeatedly in a city or somewhere with a lot of people. I get about a level per minute with that one.

(Just a small addition to sb2014's comment)
You don't have to keep the telekinesisspell up for 20 minutes. Follow his steps until it comes to casting the spell. Cast the telekinesis spell and hold it up while opening the world map. Then fast travel to the place the furthest away from you (works well with Winterhold and Markarth). This way, the game thinks you ran all the way while casting the telekinesis spell, instantaniously giving you level 100 in Alteration.

Here's an alternate method if you don't want to bother making pickpocket legendary over and over again (Requires Dragonborn addon):
step 1: Obtain secret of arcana power from the black book in Kolbjorn Barrow (be aware you'll need to spend 11000 gold before you're able to get it if you haven't started unearthed yet)
step 2: Obtain the spell 'telekinesis'
step 3: Any time you'll need to level up, find or drop any item, use seeker of arkana, select telekinesis, and finally press and hold the button for it until you level up. This insures that the spell will cost no magicka until you stop casting it, and effectively allows you skill in alteration to go from 15 to 100 in maximum 20 min, so you can continue using the skill trainers, as well as easily level up at will even beyond level 81
