Siege of Dragonspear 1: Chapter 7 Start

Hi friends,

This is the start of a new series for Siege of Dragonspear, from Baldur's Gate 1.

Starting off, speak to Ammon, so she can look for some cobalt moss to start quest Tome of Great Value

Next, defeat Saverok's servants and proceed to the West door. You may eliminate the group inside or have them arrested. Either way, you'll get the tomb key to open the North door.

Go to the North door and open the sarcophagus. Speak with Fanegonorom before looting, or else he will attack. If you agree to help, this will start quest The Mummy's Orders.
Siege of Dragonspear 2: Important Tasks

Welcome friends,

In this episode we do the quest Important Tasks, along with a few others completed.

While on level 2 of the tomb, you may talk to the healer to get more information on how to deal with the undead. All undead have high resistances to cold and poison. Skeletons take extra damage from blunt weapons, and all undead take extra damage from fire; expect for the burning dead, who are weaker to cold.

Tread down the path fight various enemies and keep a lookout for traps, especially in front of loot-able objects. When you are the circle room, take the Northeast path and check the sarcophagus. A Restless Spirit will appear asking for it's staff. This will start quest The Shattered Staff. The first piece of the staff is in a hidden path, just East of the bridge over lava. Kill the insects and loot the Wooden Staff.

Return to the circle room and go West. Deal with the mercenaries as you will, and activate the mechanism to open the large door to the North.

Go North and prepare for a boss battle with Korlasz. After defeating her, quest Important Task will be completed awarding 1,000 experience.

The Mummy's Orders will be updated. You can return to Fanegonorom and be rewarded 3,000 experience and a shield. In the same room where Korlasz was, get the Ornate headpiece. Return to the Restless Spirit and you rewarded 3,000 experience along with a few gems. Quest The Shattered Staff will be completed.

Once ready, use the rope to return to level 1. Loot the nearby sarcophagus to get the Cobalt Moss. Now return to Ammon and you'll be rewarded 50 gold, 3,000 experience, and a potion. This will complete quest Tome of Great Value.
Siege of Dragonspear 3: Ducal Palace

Greetings friends,

In this episode we do Ducal Palace. There is mostly dialog here, as some major has happened to the main plot.

Up starting, all of the gear your other party member's were carrying will be placed in a chest next to your bed. Across the other side of the map is another chest with the remaining gear the group had.

After the attack, go downstairs, and eliminate the assassin on level 2. If you enter the midden room towards the Southwest, some hidden assassins will ambush you. Clear them and the city's council will appear. You may speak to them for addition dialog.

Speak to Skie to pickup quest Skie's Grand Plan.

Speak to Jospil to pickup quest The War at Home. This quest can be easily completed by going through the dialog with him, and you'll be rewarded 250 experience.

Lastly, go to the basement and speak to Ophyllis and pickup quest My Missing Fortune.

If you're up for a challenge, hang around the basement a bit and Korlasz will breakout of her cell. Eliminate her to complete quest Saverok's Servant and you'll be rewarded 2,500 experience.

Lastly, there is a cell key on a table to the Northwest. Use this to open the top cell. This person will actually try and trick you, however it is actually one of Saverok's doppelgangers. Eliminate it and you'll be rewarded 700 experience for completing quest The Fist Restrained.

Side note 1: Duke Eltan's voice actor is Frank Welker.

Side note 2: Fist Restrained in the ducal palace an evil party can reveal the doppelganger then spare its life. it will then meet you in the basement of the iron throne and give you a chest of loot. Please thank shade169 for this information.

Siege of Dragonspear 4: Three Old Kegs Traveling

Greetings friends,

In this episode we do Three Old Kegs Traveling.

Before going, speak to Ophyllis to get a quest update on My Missed Fortune.

Next, speak to Perren to pickup quest Refuge for the Refugees.

Finally, speak to Teera to pickup quest All the Way to the Bank.

Once in Three Old Kegs Traveling, speak to Lluis and deal with the group as you will.

Behind the tavern is Aileen. Speak to her and help her or not. Either way, you'll complete quest Corpse Disposal. If you give her the 15 gold she asks for, you'll be rewarded 300 experience, else it's 100.

At the front of the tavern is Robel, agree to help him and this will start quest The Dry Crier. Go inside and speak to Katheera. Get her to help and return to Robel. Tell him the news and you'll be rewarded 30 gold and 300 experience.

Go back inside and to the 2nd floor. Speak to the group in the Southwest corner. Deal with them as you will. This will complete quest My Missed Fortune.

Next, go in the room to the Northwest. Deal with the nobles for their treason. If you eliminate them, you'll be rewarded some decent items and 600 gold.

Minsc and Dynaheir will join if you permit it.

Next, go to the Southeast room and get Bartleby appear by annoying the noblewoman. If you kill him, he'll drop a nice wakizashi.

Return to the first floor and witness a fight about to start on the left side. The fight will be shortly delayed by dialog. Deal with the group as you will and this will complete quest Bar Fight earning 500 experience.
Siege of Dragonspear 5: Elfsong Tavern

Hey friends,

In this episode we do Elfsong Tavern.

If you have quest All the Way to the Bank, from Teera outside of Ducal Palace, Zelma will approach. Deal with this thief as you will. Speak to Senna to deliver Terra's coin. Return to Teera and you'll be rewarded 250 experience.

Speak to Officer Vida to pickup quest Rabble-Rousers.

Next, go inside the tavern and speak to Zaviak. Get him to remove the glasses and give them to you. This will start quest Zaviak's Vision Quest. Equip the glass and use the ability on the apparition that appears. Eliminate the Al-Alai and you'll get 6,000 experience.

After speaking to Garrick, talk to Lady. If you have quest Refuge for the Refugees from Perren outside of Ducal Palace, you can convince her to give you the supplies for free, or else it'll cost 1,000 gold. The supplies will be upstair to the Northern room inside a chest. Return to Perren and you be reward a gem.

In the kitchen, speak to Irina ans assist with the wine problem to start quest Days of Wine and Stealing. If you're a mage, this can be completed very easily. Otherwise you'll need to steal this from the basement of Ducal Palace. The reward is 500 experience and a helmet, Battle Tankard (immunity to fatigue and protection from critical hits).

On the 2nd floor, watch the scene between Conran and Safana.
Siege of Dragonspear 6: Flaming Fist

Hello friends,

In this video we do the Flaming Fist.

Once there, go North and speak to Kieran to p[pickup quest Breaking Curfew. You may help the group or not. If you do, he'll give you a gem.

Next, goes o the building entrance and watch the scene.

Go inside and you'll see what looks like a prison. If you have quest Rabble-Rousers, speak to Officer Jenks. Ask to send more reinforcements to the Elfsong Tavern District to assist Vida. Return to Vida to complete the quest and you'll be rewarded 500 experience and a Potion of Clarity.

After that, speak to Officer Fritz so he can allow you to speak to Tiax.
Siege of Dragonspear 7: Iron Throne

Hi friends,

In this video we do the Iron Throne.

Once there, go North and speak to Riggs. Next, speak to Bizon to pickup quest Shakedown in Shantytown. Afterwards, speak to Riggs again, and either help him or Bizon. If you help Bizon, you'll be rewarded 300 experience.

Next, go inside the big building and speak to Rasaad. Afterwards, speak to Berta to start quest Thief Among the Refugees. Search Lon and then fight the werewolf. You're reward for completing this quest is 420 experience and Lon's Amulet (+1 shapeshifter and bless is granted to the wearer).

Side note: The Lon's Amulet is actually Berta's, but somehow the developers decided to name it Lons'.
Siege of Dragonspear 8: Chapter 7 End

Welcome friends,

In this episode we finished up Chapter 7 before going on to Chapter 8.

When you're ready, go back inside to Ducal Palace and speak with Corwin. Let her know you are ready to go to Dragonspear. Next, speak with Imoen on the 3rd floor. A hooded man will approach. After that, you'll sleep and if you picked up quest Skie's Grand Plan from Skie in Ducal Palace before proceeding onto Chapter 8, shell awake you during the night. The next morning, you make tell Entar Silvershield what Skie has done.

Side note: If you have a thief in your party or a wizard with Open, return to the cellar and the treasure room. Unlock the door and chest inside to get some nice treasures.
Siege of Dragonspear 9: Coast Way Crossing

Greeting friends,

In this episode we do Coast Way Crossing.

There is a quest that can be picked up near the camp. Talk to Prin to pickup quest Ancient Menhirs. There are 6 located throughout the map. After finding the 6th one, resolve the situation with Crommus and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience.

To the far East is Daran. Assist him and then he'll give you quest Dwarves of Dumathoin.

Near the middle of the map is Takos. Speak to him to pickup Halfling Treasures. The mirror and cloak can bot be found in the broken building. Isabella, from Coast Way Forest will have the shield.

Talk to Herod to pickup quest The Vanished, then speak to Teleria about the recent disappearances. Go to the Northwest and speak to Herod. Eliminate Teleria to pickup 6 Stone to Flesh scrolls. Use the scrolls on the statues and you'll get an achievement unlocked. Return back to Herod. If you choose not to accept the donation offered, you'll be rewarded 1 reputation.

In the same area with the statues, use the Spectacles of Spectacle, to manifest a Gauth. Eliminate this to get a quest update for Zaviaks Vision Quest.

Up North is Baleloth (wizard) and M'Khiin (shaman), both are potential party members.

Next, go Northeast and proceed on with the main quest. Return to the camp and Edwin (wizard) will be available. Ophyllis will return can give you a golden statue to help repay what was lost of your former fortune.
Siege of Dragonspear 10: Dwarves of Dumathoin Part 1

Hey friends,

In this video we do the first part of Dwarves of Dumathoin. This quest can be picked up from Daran, to the East map of Caost Way Crossings.

Upon entering the cave, assist Deepvien from the attack of undead enemies. Next, go North and assist Semahl, a friend to the dwarves.

Afterwards, take the middle path, and then the upper section. Towards the end, there is a hidden stash of items if you completed quest Ancient Menhirs. Among these items are the following:

-Bard Hat (immunity to silence and deafness, bard songs last 2 rounds after bard stops singing).
-Star-Strewn Boots (magic resistance +7% or 15% if character is a wizard slayer)
-Crommus's Capelet (5% chance on hit from enemy , blur will be cast, and save vs. enchantment spells +2).
-Tangled Strings (dispels confusion, limit 2 per day)
Siege of Dragonspear 11: Dwarves of Dumathoin Part 2

Hi friends,

In this video we do part 2 of the quest Dwarves of Dumathoin.

While in the 2nd part of the map, the bookshelves has some notes about liches, providing some hints to what will come.

In the next room there is a circular pool. You'll need 3 silver scepters, found throughout the level, to active it. Upon doing so will reveal some scenes on 2 out of 3 select-able options to choose from (Imoen, Caelar Argent, and the hooded man).

Next, head Northwest and fight off a sentry. After that, take the door going North and fight off many enemies. To the Northwest of the room is a drawer. Get the key inside. Activate the chair to unlock a room to the Southeast of the map.

Once you have the key, return to the first map and open a chest next to a chair in the Northern section. Get the journal, read it, and return to Deepvein. You'll be tasked to put an end to Coldhearth. Deepvein will get you Secrets Revealed, which can be used to greatly weaken liches.

Go back to the 2nd map and go to a red room to the Northeast. The sequence is as follows:

-Snowflake
-Fragmenting leaf
-Sunshine
-Leaf.

This will unlock a door not far from your location. Go inside, fight off the enemies. Proceed down and then eliminate Coldhearth. Open the hidden door, go down the hall and activate the phylacteries until you get Coldhearth's Phylactery.

Go Southwest as quickly as possible, until you find a narrow path. Beware of a trap and fight off the enemies until you reach a fire. Some fire-based enemies will appear. Deal with, and activate the flame while having Coldhearth's Phylactery. As the item is destroy, return to Deepven to complete the quest.

Your reward will be a gem and Helmet of Dumathoin (physical damage reduced by 3%, constitution +2 for dwarves, else +1, and protection from critical hits).
Siege of Dragonspear 12: Coast Way Forest

Hello friends,

In this episode we do Coast Way Forest.

It is best to pickup quest Halfling Treasures from Takos in Coast Way Crossing.

When ready, approach Isabella and she'll speak with you about hunting a vampire. Agree to it and this will start quest Isabella and Ikros. Return while during the night to continue the quest.

Tsolak will appear. If you help him, you'll unlock an achievement and get the shield needed for Halfling Treasures. Kill him, and Isabella will give you shield The Suncatcher +2 (armor +3, 15% attacked will be dealt 1d4 fire damage and be blinded for 2 rounds, and unable to block missile attacks). Isabella will also give you 250 gold and you'll be rewarded 9,000 experience.

To the South of the map, near a camp with enemies, is a dart, Gemblade (20% chance per hit to spawn a random gem).

Regarding Halfling Treasures quest, return to Takos in Coast Way Crossing. Give him the mirror and cloak, both found in the nearby broken inn, as well as, the newly gained shield. If you give him all the items, you'll unlock an achievement. If you choose to keep one item, no achievements will be unlocked. Either way, he'll give you a dart, Biter +2 (10% chance to penalize target's armor by 1 class for 1 round, returns to wielder, and +1 acid damage). and also get 3,000 experience.
Siege of Dragonspear 13: Troll Claw Woods

In this episode we do Troll Claw Woods, which is the start of Chapter 9.

There are many enemies throughout this level. There is one quest, featured in episode 14, The Irregulars.

Greetings friends,

IN this video we do the quest The Irregulars.

I forgot to do this while venturing in Troll Claw Woods. Simply speak to Lieutenant Otilda. She mention there are some half-orcs nearby that she suspects they are spy's and would like you to investigate.

Go talk to Rend. Win in the fight against his group, then ask why they are there. You my eliminate them or not. Return to Otilda and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience.
Siege of Dragonspear 15: Forest of Wyrms

Hey friends,

In this episode we do Forest of Wyrms.

Although this map is small, the caves are what provide the largest parts.

To the Northeast is a hill giant. Next to him is a nice set of gauntlets, Stalker Gauntlets (+1 dexterity, hide in shadows +15% or 30% if stalker, +1 backstab multiplier if stalker).

Other than enemies, the South cave has lots of spiders and unique items. Below can be found inside the spider cave.

-Severance +2 (hit points +5 and 15% chance per hit to drain 1d4 and restore the wielders health).
-Goblin Hide Armor +2 (+1 constitution, open locks, find traps, and pick pockets have -10%, and move silently has -20%).

If you pickup the antidote potion (purple color), do not drink it. It will curse you. Simply pick it up and explore all section of the cave. After doing so, a rhinoceros beetle will appear.

The top cave has an optional boss battle against Morentherene. If you defeat it, there will be lots of treasures and gold, as well as Sable Cloak (+40% cold resistance and immunity to slow).
Siege of Dragonspear 16: Ruined Temple

Hi friends,

In this episode we do the Ruined Temple.

Before going there, deal with the many bugbears in the area. If you have Spectacles of Spectacle, you can pull into existence a Greater Shadow to aid you.

Once inside the temple, speak to Keherrem to pickup quest The Missing Patrol. You may eliminate by activating a a nearby switch. To help them, get the Jail Key from Ziatar.

Nearby is Madele. Speak to her to pickup quest The Eyeless Priestess. The Jail Key from Ziatar can also free her. You may instruct her to leave or otherwise she will stay. Upon defeating the main boss on this level, you'll be awarded 9,000 experience for completing the quest.

Ziatar will also drop the Ritual Room Key, needed to access the reach of the temple.

When ready to proceed on, be careful as the next few bosses can cast some annoying spells. It is recommended to do pre-combat before fighting..

To the West is the high priestess, Akanna. She'll drop the Wardstone, needed to move on with the main quest.

Further down is the reason for the fall of the temple. Defeat this group and you'll discover a mindflayer took control of the place and corrupted it. Among the items drop from this group is:

-Archer's Eyes (+5% critical chance for ranged attacked, and +1 dexterity or +2 for archers)

-Crimson Dawn +2 (+5% critical chance, and 15% per kill to cast haste on wielder for 3 rounds)
Siege of Dragonspear 17: Blood Red Ioun Stone (Great item!)

Hi friends,

In this video we pickup a good item to help along your adventure.

After getting the Wardstone from the Ruined Temple, you'll be interrupted causing you to go to a small map. In the middle of the map is a young dragon being attacked by some giants. If you decided to help it, hell let you in on a nearby secret.

After the fight, look the hidden stash to get several treasures and Blood Red Ioun Stone (+1 dexterity, and weapon speed factor +2).
Siege of Dragonspear 18: Boareskyr Bridge

Welcome friends,

In this episode we do Boareskyr Bridge.

It's best to come here once you have the Wardstone gotten from the Ruined Temple. See playlist on how to get it.

There are few enemies on the map, however a huge battle will take place.

For starters, head to the crusader camp Northwest. You can talk to Kharm to complete quest The Missing Patrol and be rewarded 250 gold. To Southwest of the camp is Dorn, who is recruit-able at the time.

Head to the Northeast into a cave. Fight the enemies and loot the Circlet of Lost Souls (caster level +1, and summoned spirits have permanent bless).

Next, use the Wardstone to teleport inside the fort. After the dialog, Neera is able to join the part, and you can pickup quest The Call of the Wild Mage.

If you have the Boot and a Half of Speed, speak to Hoach Randy Monk and he can make The Paws of the Cheetah (doubles movement rate).

Jegg can make some goblin armor. It add +20 to fire and cold resistance. If you cannot do this now, you may do so at Coalition Camp.

Next, speak to Wynan Hess, and the fort's defenses will be lowered causing a negative energy rock to fall in and affect everyone. You're entire party will get an energy drain status effect. This will start quest The Creeping Darkness. To complete this quest, speak with Vichand in the crusader camp to get the Arcane Scroll of Impactual Doom. Return to Wynan, use the scroll, defeat the Wraith, and you'll complete the quest.

Next, speak to Junia at the Northwest section inside the fort. This will start quest Tender of the Dead. Pickup the dead bodies from when the negative energy stone fell, and place them on the altar. Speak to Junia again to inform Tharantis about his sister's death. Go to the upper section and speak to him. He'll ask about a gold chain. Return to Junia and she'll tell you to look for Ymori. Go outside the fort to the Northern section of the map to find Ymori's body. Defeat the zombies and pickup Kendra's Chain (slashing resistance +5%), Ymori's head, and Herdrin's Short Sword +2 (critical hit chance +10%). Return to Junia, defeat her, and then speak back with Tharantis. You'll be rewarded 1 reputation for completing this quest.

While on the upper section of the fort, speak to Elandro to pickup quest The Fear. Calm him down however you choose. If Elandro uses potions, defeat the feyr and you'll be rewarded 13,000 experience.

Lastly, speak to Khalid. You may choose to fight the crusade now or get help from the Flaming Fist. Fighting the battle now will unlock an achievement.

The spoils of war are lots of potions, gears, ammunition, scrolls, and Chill Axe +2 (+1 strength, and 2% chance per hit to cause the wielder to go into berserk for 3 rounds).

As you try to cross the bridge, defeat the last bit of resistance. Upon doing so will unlock another achievement. When you cross the bridge a cutscene will appear showing Cyric killing Bhaal.

Lastly, keep going Northwest and Kava, if you did not eliminate the half-orcs in the quest The Irregulars, will give you 250 gold.

At the wishing well, if you play a weapon or armor an enemy will appear. Defeat it, and an enchanted item will be dropped.
Siege of Dragonspear 19: Coalition Camp

Greetings friends,

In this episode we do Coalition Camp. The start of chapter 10.

The purpose of this will be to pickup several quest, complete a few, and get all the dialog from NPCs.

Speak to Helvdar to to pickup quest Helvdar's Lucky Charm.

Speak to Waizahb to pickup quest On the Fence. While here, speak to Mizhena regarding this quest, and you'll get a game board that will be used later.

Safana will speak to you and start quest The Traitor. You can talk to Helvdar about his bottle or talk to Simonetta Twoedged regarding the secret document. Both lead back to Malden Col. Col is Northwest on the map and will confess right once you bring such matters up to him. Report to Marshal Nederlok. If you refuse the shortbow, you'll get a reputation +1 and 6,000 experience.

Speak to Dosia to start quest The Uncommon Cold. Examine the patients and report back to Dosia. If you have M'Khiin in your group, her insight suggest Blackthorn will help.

Speak to Hyreth to start quest The Wounded Zealot. Convince him to get better, and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience and a potion for completing the quest.

If you were unable to get the goblin armor made from Jegg, he can do so now and make Jegg's Leathers +2 (+20% fire/cold resistance).

Speak to Simonetta Twoedged to pickup quest Memories of a Battles Past. Ask Vigilant Halasan and Belegram about their past and why they joined to fight. Report back to Simonetta and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience and Medal of Valor (+2 THAC0).

Speak to Vigilant Halasan to start quest Troop Train. Train the troops and report back to Halasan. You'll be rewarded 6,000 experience and Commander's Chain +3 (charisma +1, the wearer and nearby allies are immune to fear and morel failure).

In regards to The Call of The Wild Mage, Wilhelmina will eventually appear at the Northeast entrance of the camp. Speak to her to get the turnip juice.

Sempek offer's a task to assassinate Pritchard. You may take the task on, or refuse and report this to General Stonehand. Shell give you a potion.

Speak to General Stonehand to pickup quest Den of Thieves. Next, talk to Waizhab to setup a meeting with the thieves guild leader. Go speak with Rhynwis. You may join or put a stop to the guild. Report back to Stonehand and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience and 500 gold

Bence Duncan will report Skie has left the camp. This will start quest Skie's Gone Missing.
Siege of Dragonspear 20: Bloodbark Grove

Hey friends,

In this episode we do Bloodbark Grove.

For time optimization, make sure you have quest The Uncommon Cold and The Call of the Wild Mage.

Once here, there is a noble to the Southwest. You may help him move his treasures or not.

Near the middle is Belladonna's berry, 1 of 5 ingredients need to proceed with quest The Call of the Wild Mage. Once you have all ingredients, you MUST SPEAK with Neera. Simply resting will not do anything.

Onoroth is in the middle. Honestly, I have no idea what this NPC role is.

There is a crypt next to him with several wolves and a vampire inside. If you're having trouble killing a dread wolf, use fire or acid when they are near death.

At the top is the Blackthorn Tree. Activate it to get the quest item needed for The Uncommon Cold. Once you do this, several wolves will appear. Return to Dosia in Coalition Camp and you'll be rewarded 1 reputation and 6,000 experience.

Side note 1: The ingedients needed for The Call of the Wild Mage are as follows.

-Planetar Feather, talk to Vichand and buy it in the crusader fort on map Boareskyr Bridge. This must be before the battle begins.

-Turnip Juice, is from Wilhelmina in Coalition Camp.

-Potion of perception. Usually found from potion vendors.

-Belladonna, found in this map.

-Spider leg, is in the spider cave with map Forest of Wyrms.

Side note 2: If you have problems wit Neera taking all 5 items before making the potion, this is a bug. You'll need to load the game game and do this again.
Siege of Dragonspear 21: Underground River

Hi friends,

In this episode we do Underground River.

Starting off, there is a dying Myconid to the East. Go near it and you'll pickup quest The Myconid Tower. To the North is a dead body with some ankhegs the Myconid warned about. Backtrack to the dying Myconid. To complete the quest, kill the elder within the tower. It will drop Myconid Boom-sac (summon 1d4 myconids for 2 rounds).

Not far South from the dead body with the ankhegs is a group debating leadership. If you fight for leadership, you can pickup and complete quest Murs and the Brigands. Afterwards, if you agree to look for Slug, this will start quest Blind Albino Wyrmlings.

As you venture West, a pack of goblins and hobgoblins will request you pay a toll. If you choose the right dialog, you can get 12,000 experience and get some interesting dialog for MKhiin's character.

To the Northwest is a group of druids trapped in some vines. You'll need to cast dispel to free them. Only Jamven needs to be freed. Agree to help and this will start quest The Good Druids. In addition, they will also help you with the assault on the crusade leading to the underground river.

In the middle is the crusade. Eliminate them. Among those killed is a Seal of Caelar, needed for quest On the Fence.

Inside the camp is Rigah and Julann. Tell them you have friends from Rashemen, and then bring Minsc and Dynaheir to meet them. This will start quest The Wychlaran and the Beserker.


Siege of Dragonspear 22: Beneath Underground River (All Quests)

Welcome friends,

In this episode we do the caverns to the Underground River map.

Before heading down, make sure you assist Murs at the Ogre Camp and pickup quest The Good Druids from up top. Also, speak to Julann with Minsc and Dynaheir in your party to pick up quest The Wychalaran and the Berserker.

Head down to the caverns and speak to Ladle to pick up quest Moving Crates. This quest can be easily completed and awards some potions along with 12,000 experience. Ladle will also give another quest regarding the sahaugin. Take the North path, open the door and speak to Gurgle. Tell him a story and they will not attack. This will complete quest Gurgle and Floss.

Head West and follow the path until you get a warning from Ferrusk. Let him know what Hephernaan was doing and he'll give you an amulet. Next, place the seed that was given by the druids up top in the tree. Ferrusk may or may not attack depending on how quick you are. Return to the Druids to complete the quest and you'll be rewarded Amulet of Abnormally Awesome Ankheg Summoning (Acid resistance +15% and summon 2 ankhegs for 2 rounds).

Continue West fighting enemies. Eventually you'll get a quest update for The Call of the Wild Mage.

Keep going and you'll encounter 2 drow, Kaelet and Umar. These youngling will want to go to the surface. Their parents can be found at the Northern section of the map. While there is a battle going on with some crusaders and the drow, you may choose a side. If you choose to stop the conflict, Shapur will ask you to find her children. This will start quest Drow Runaways. Go to the ogre camp on the surface and speak to Kaelet and Umar. Return to Shapur and no matter which option, this will lead to combat. After the battle, Therli will give you Cloak of the Gargoyle (physical damage resistance +5%, protection against critical hits; stone form grants 0 armor class, -3 dexterity, saving throws +3). Among the other items dropped are:

-Purification Stone (immunity to poison and disease, can neutralize poison once per day)
-Storm Pike +2 (15% chance per hit to stun target for 1 round, on critical miss, the wielder is dealt 1d4 electrical damage).

At the far West of the map is a ghost dragon, Halathalaer. You may slay it or not. If you choose to eliminate her master, you'll start quest Ghost Dragon Guardian. Enter the crypt. To the East are some enemies and a ghost goblin. If you choose to take the items for M'Khiin, then you'll pickup the following:

-Axe of Kruntur +2 (1 extra attack per round, returns to wielder, 33% chance target takes 1 point of poison damage per round for 2 rounds)
-The Soulherder's Staff +2 (magic resistance +15%, summoned spirits gain +1 strength)
-The Ghostdreamer's Robe (improved casting speed by 1, and vocalize)
-Kruntur's Armor +3 (wisdom - 1, -10% to open locks, find traps, and pick pockets, -20% to move silently, and immunity to stun).

To the South of the crypt is Halathalaer's enslaver. Eliminate Kherriun as quickly as possible and Halathalaer will now fight on your side. If you do not, then Halathalaer will attack your party. After the battle, Halathalaer will thank you for the help. You'll be rewarded 32,000 experience.

After Halathalaer goes away, Neera will automatically appear for The Call of the Wild Mage. After the dialog you'll be reward 6,000 experience.

Check the chest to the far right to get Hephernaan's Ritual Notes. Bring this to Julann on the surface. Minsc and Dynaheir are not needed to complete the quest. You'll be rewarded 6,000 experience, 1 reputation, and Dragon Blade +3 (while enraged +10% critical chance for berserker, barbarian, and Rashem Warrior., critical hits deal 2d4 cold damage and slows for 1 round).

At almost the middle of the map is a cave. Enter it and fight off the shadows. Go up a bit and speak to Woris. Agree to help, and this will start quest The Lost. Bring their remains to the Fugue Plane in the crypt. You'll be rewarded 6,000 experience.

Just a bit South from the cave is a hidden cave. Inside are some wyverns. Eliminate them all and this will complete quest Blind Albino Wyrmlings.

Moving West, Strunk will be conjuring some water elementals. Eliminate him but DO NOT ATTACK the water elementals. After killing Strunk, Nereid will appear. Inform her about Strunks plans. She'll give you Strunk will also drop Elemental Fury +2 (deals 1d4 opposite damage to elementals - eg. ice damage to fire elemental,)

If you retrieved the Barrel of Bwoosh! and Stone Dowser from Phossey Dugdeep in Coalition Camp, equip the Stone Dower and it can lead you to 3 different points on the map. Whenever near the location, simply click the question marked cursor to activate and place the barrel properly. Simply dropping it on the ground will not work. Upon doing so will give each party member 4,000 experience.
Siege of Dragonspear 23: The Duegeon Slug

Greetings friends,

In this video, we do the quest The Duegeon Slug. In order to start this quest, first assist Murs at the Ogre Camp on the surface of the Underground River map. Agree to help find Slug.

Next, go to The Warrens beneath the Underground River. To the right, Slug will be in a cage. Speak to him and agree to help. Unlock the cage. Slug will tell you the whereabouts of a secret stash. The stash is not far from Bellowgulp Bluefingers and the battle between the crusaders and the drow. Inside you'll find The Hydra +2 (33% chance per hit to deal 1d4, 2d4, or 3d4 damage).

Return to the Ogre Camp and speak back with Slug. Your reward for completing the quest is 6,000 experience and a Ring of Fire Resistance (+40% fire resistance).
Siege of Dragonspear 24: Beneath Dragonspear Castle

Hey friends,

In this episode we do Beneath Dragonspear Castle.

This area can be accessed by going through The Warrens in the lower level of the Underground River map.

There's a few enemies here to deal with when you first enter. The crusaders at the Northeast section will not attack at the moment, but will after the fight with Hephernaan.

There's a troll in the East room you can warn about escaping or kill. Nothing else to do here.

Proceed up to the Northern are and do pre-combat. The next room will have 3 wizards to fight, all who should not be taken lightly. Once you're ready, Hephernaan will start dialog and the voice will warn him that you are near. Eliminate the group and pickup the spoils of war. Loot the 2 chest in the same room and the best item to get Crown of Lies (can memorize two 3rd level spell, one 4th and 5th level spell, -30 lore ). The robes are cursed, so don't both with them.

Just a bit to the left of the battle is a small room with Daeros in it. If you assisted Halathalaer in the Ghost Dragon Guardian quest she'll tell you about Daeros and if you free him, you'll complete quest Find Daeros. You'll be rewarded 18,000 experience and Daeros Full Plate +1 (fire resistance +4-% and save vs. breath +2)

Return to camp and a soldier will tell you De Lancie has gone to Dead Man's Pass to do negotiations with Caelar Argent. Go there for an automatic cut scene.

Side note: If you want to do quest in Dead Man's Pass and the outside section of Dragonspear Castle, DO NOT FIGHT Hephernaan yet, or you will not be able to do these areas properly.
Siege of Dragonspear 25: Dead Man's Pass

Hello friends,

In this episode we do Dead Man's Pass.

At the starting area, you can get a +/- reputation depending on if you help the refugees.

Kambolder and Gnaler are to the East. Talk to them and You get a portrait they drew.

To the East, near the middle is Nuber. Killing him will earn an achievement. Talk to him until he goes away. If killed, you'll earn 500 experience, while alive it will be 1,000.

Not far from Nuber is an object you can loot containing The Forest Queen's Benediction (Mass Cure once per day).

Near the center is Horst. If several transactions are completed, he will thank you and leave the map.

A bear to the North will have a Fine Bearskin, needed for Helvdar's Lucky Charm quest. Same the same area you'll find on the ground the Heart of the Mountain (Armor class +2, summon spirits gain +10 hit points).

Inside the cave to the West side is a mimic chest. Defeat it, among other enemies, and you'll get Bow of the Banshee +2 (10% chance to cast Cloak of Fear around the wielder, deal 1 magic damage to panicked enemies).

To the Northeast is a cellar. Inside you can loot Amulet of Whispers (Vocalize, and Silence 15' radius once per day).
Siege of Dragonspear 26: Helvdars Lucky Charm


Welcome friends,

In this video we do Helvdar's Lucky Charm.

This quest can be picked up from Helvdar in Coalition Camp. After getting the quest, simply do to the Northern section of Dead Man's Pass and get the Fine Bearskin from the only bear in the area. Return to Coalition Camp and speak to Belegarm. He'll make the boots after 24 hours. After which, get the boots and speak with Helvdar. Give him the boots and you'll be reward 6,000 experience and some potions.
Siege of Dragonspear 27: Dragonspear Castle - Outside (All Quests)

Greetings friends,

In this episode, we do the outside section of Dragonspear Castle, before the final assault.

You can easily enter this area if you have the Seal of Caelar. One can be gotten from the Cyclops guarding the small fort in the Underground River.

Skie can be reduced to the East. Afterwards, return to Marshal Nederlock and you'll be rewarded 800 gold.

First, speak to Sindret past the Eastern door. Agree to help and this will start quest Troll Breakout. To the West, near the middle, near Command Dreon, is a chest with the Troll Shackles. Get them and speak to Sindret. Persuade the Troll to confinement and you'll be rewarded 4,000 experience and several potions.

Speaking to Deneld can start quest Understanding the Crusade. Simply speak to Ravoc and Zarc. Return to Deneld and answer the questions properly. After which, you'll earn 2,000 experience and Ring of the Crusade (armor class and saving throws +1, if against demons/devils +3).

Leopas will want help with quest The Trial. Speak to all the witnesses and then to Corinth. Get him to confess, and then return to Leopas. You may have him convicted or instead Valis. Completing the quest will grant 4,000 experience. If you help Corinth, speak to him again and he'll give you Corinth's Bow +21 (Armor class +2, cast Luck on wielder upon critical hit).

In regards to quest On the Fence, obtained from Waizahb in Coalition Camp,. The below items are detailed.

-Tristian's Holy Symbol: Speak to Tristian about the holy symbol. You can challenge him to a game of Coroniir. The game board can be obtained from Halasan after starting the quest. Whichever user has the highest intelligence is who you want to use. The reward is a potion and 2,000 experience.

-Annotated Map: Have a thief hide in shadows and activate the table found on the middle path. The reward is a potion and 2,000 experience.

-Token of Faith: Have a thief pickpocket a dwarf to the Southeast. The reward is 1,000 gold and 2,000 experience.

-Battle Standard: Found in a chest next to Commander Dreon. The reward is 500 gold and 2,000 experience.

-Dreon's Signet Ring: Speak to Dreon with a Crusader's Uniform on and ask for the ring. The reward is 250 gold and 2,000 experience.

If all items are delivered, you'll be given Shadowed Spear +2 (Armor class +2, 20% chance per hit to teleport to a random enemy and have +4 THAC0 for 1 round, 5% chance to teleport to a random enemy and become ethereal for 1 round, charge allows wielder to become ethereal for 1 round).

To get quest The Morning Report, speak to Crusader Pedro. You'll be tasked to give the morning report and some wine to Commander Dreon. Activate the barrel behind Pedro to get the wine. Next, get the Crusader's Uniform from a chest to the North, and then talk to Deneld for the morning report. Return to Dreon and then hand over the necessary items. Return to Pedro and you'll be rewarded 6,000 experience and some potions.

Recruit Qing will offer quest Foehammer's Blessing. The First Sone Fragment can be found in a random rubble location on the West side within the castle walls. Deneld will have the other half. Next, speak to Halasan in Coalition Camp to have the fragments blessed. Return to Qing and place the Sanctified Shards on the altar. Accept the test and you'll fight a sentry. Upon its defeat you earn 5,000 experience and 6,000 experience for completing the quest. The best shield in the game is dropped here, The Bloodied Guardian +2 (Armor class +3 and an additional +1 vs. missile attacks, fire resistance +25%, and when wielders health is below 50%, +1 strength for 5 rounds).
Siege of Dragonspear 28: Chapter 10 End

Hey friends,

In this episode we finish up chapter 10, by leading the assault on Dragonspear Castle.

After the attach on Coalition Camp, which is triggered from the failed negotiations with Caelar, we are left to defend the camp.

Before going back to camp, be sure to rest. In the event you did not, Dosia can heal as well as restore spell usage.

The defensive measure are simple. Take out each wave as they come. If you completed the Dwarves of Dumathoin quest, they'll be here to help.

There are no significant items worth looting as most of which are cursed.

After the battle, go to Dragonspear Castle. Again, rest before you go!
Siege of Dragonspear 29: Chapter 11 Start

Hi friends,

In this episode we start chapter 11, the assault on Dragonspear Caste.

Before heading to the castle, be sure to rest up and purchase any supplies before moving on. You WILL NOT be able to save or rest for the most of the next level.

Once hear, there are a few methods to get inside, as a magical barrier is preventing the coalition from going forward.

Using Barrels of Bwoosh:

-If you placed the Barrel of Bwoosh in the lower section of the Underground River, let De Lancie know and the front entrance will be rendered defenseless.

Weakened East wall:

-If not, you may go to the East side and Phosessy will use the barrel on the weakest part of the wall. Once inside, a small battle will happen. Next, open the door leading to the main area, and convince the catapult operator to hit the main entrance.

The trolls can be freed if you got the Troll Pen Key from the lower section of Dragonspear Castle, just before fighting Hephernaan.

After awhile, Ashatiel will challenge you one on one. The victor's forces will have to retreat. If accepted, staying invisible will cause the main battle to continue. If Ashatiel is solely defeated, an achievement will be unlocked. Also, a notable items worth mentioning is the Golden Girdle (armor class +3 vs. slashing attacks) and Ring of Free Action (wearer is immune to anything that affect movements, including beneficial effects).

To the Northwest is an elite crusader group. Defeat them an an achievement will be unlocked.
Siege of Dragonspear 30: Final Boss

Hello friends,

In this episode we pursue the final confrontation, at least in battle terms.

Before proceeding, I highly recommend you prepare for a very tough battle. Have summon spells/items, +3 weapons (core rules or higher), lower resistances, and anything to remove charm, fear, hold, poison, and lots of extra healing potions.

When ready, head down stairs, go through the dialog and then the portal.

Soon after entering, you may help, kill, or dismiss any crusaders in the area. Go up the stairs afterwards.

After the battle with Thrix's demons, you may wager with him. Answer the riddle, and you may choose from any of the 3 items:

-Tongue of Acid +3 (10% chance per hit to slow target for 3 rounds)

-The Guardian Devil (armor class +1, +15% damage resistance to slashing, piercing, and missile attacks, and protects against critical hits)

-Echo of the Fiend +3 (5% chance per hit to cast Sunfire centered on the wielder, use Fire Shield [Red] 2 twice per day).

Optionally, you may attack Thrix and earn lots of experience.

Go to the next room, take the elevator up, and there will be 4 waves of demon attacks. After the 4th, there will be a long pause. Take this time to prepare for the final battle doing pre-combat.

In the last room, you may choose to have Caelar on your side and fight Hepernaan, or fight Caelar along wit her new master. Whomever which you choose to fight, that person will grant 15,000 experience as well as the master.

After the fight, speak to Aun, then return back to Dragonspear Castle. Go through the Dialog and Chapter 12 will end here.
Siege of Dragonspear 31: Chapter 13

In this final episode we do Chapter 13. This will be the epilogue for the expansion and explains what happened between Baldur's Gate 1 and 2.

tactics were explained. just burst down the advised enemies, heal, and cast protection spells/removals whenever needed. it's not that complicated.

No need for the music, you should let us focus more on battle, Iam sorry I appreciate your hard work but this final battle is uneducational. Most of us by the way, know already that You got to use plus 3 weapons and ton of potions. The most difficult part is how to manage the battle slowly and you ruined it by speeding up video and loud distracting music.
