How To Snipe Like a PRO

Ever wonder how to be amazing at playing any of the Sniper classes in Dirty Bomb? Wonder no more!

Introduction

So, you want to snipe? Fantastic! Snipers are amazing at keeping enemies who run in straight lines in check, and raising the temperature of the corner they are sitting in with their body heat.

But, you can't just pick up your rifle and go in!

I mean...you could, but you came to this guide to learn from the best, and as my High School Guidance Counselor told me: "HAcoreRD, you will amount to nothing in life. I recommend you fill a sink with water and stick your face into it until you black out from suffercation."








I'll show him. Hell, I'll show THEM. I'll write the best damned guide they ever seen! Oh, side tracked again. Let's get to it.

Getting in the Zone

One doesn't just Snipe. In order to be a sniper, you need inspiration, commitment, and above all, good FPS. I can teach you in all three of these fields.


Inspiration

Now, when I want to snipe, I watch other snipers in action, then I start sniping. And by that, I don't mean watching these other peasants play. They're bad. Why would I observe them, if not to mock?



Take note of the picture above. The sniper not only has a side arm out, but he is looking the wrong way! There's no inspiration here!

No, I get my inspiration elsewhere. Namely from movies.

Now, that's a great scene. Makes you pumped, right? Well, you need MORE.

I chose this above scene for one major reason. Well, two, because Chris Kyle was a beast. In fact, I once read that Nexon banned him from Dirty Bomb because he was wrecking people so bad. Where'd I read that? Two sentences ago.

However, I chose that scene because at the end of the day, you will be doing what Bradley Cooper did in "American Sniper", and that's shooting kids. Seeing as the child rushed with a grenade, we'll assume that kid was a Nader player. His mother was playing Fragger. Poorly.

Ok, you're inspired. What now? You need commitment!

Commitment

You need commitment. Get your butt up off the chair, and go to Wal-Mart. It's usually on an end cap by my failed hopes and dreams, near the lawn chair. Buy two, and ask my Ex on register 7 what the cart attendant tastes like. I mean, how DARE she cheat on me with a guy making under $10 an hour and gets only 22 hours a week?!

Side tracked again. Next, you need good FPS.

FPS

You need good frames to sniper effectively. That or play DayZ Standalone at 23 FPS for 2 months, then you can shoot ANYTHING.

To get better frames, you need to ensure background programs are shut. I found this secret out myself! To do this, open your task manager if you own a PC. If you own a Mac, buy a PC and then open task manager. That or rub a magnet on your hard drive, then chuck it in the microwave for 25 minutes. Wrap it with aluminum foil for good measure.

Anyways, open Task Manager, go to Processes, find "Explorer.exe" and close that crap. I have no clue what it is, I think it sends data to the Government.




With that done, you should get, like, 150 FPS and 4k HD.

I was thinking of recommending to you what snipers to buy, but then I remembed that Snipers in Dirty Bomb suck as they don't do objectives.
