How to get through Order 66 - Knightfall (THE EASY WAY!)

If you don't read this guide you will probably be restarting 2-3 times and there will be smashed keys in your room. With a touch of a broken mouse and computer parts.

Capture the Jedi Council Chamber

So there are 5 classes in Star Wars Battlefront II. Now you're probably wondering what is the easist class to use in Knighfall, well I will anwser with that wonderful question, all classes are good. When you encounter this mission there are different sections in Knightfall. Such as the first part which personally I would just use the default clone trooper. Since he is equiped with a long raged rifle you are able to hit the enemy as they are storming out of the room. After you are forced to move all the way to the other end of temple to capture the command post, this is when those pesky jedi jump down and slaughter your troopers. Remember you only have a limited amount of troopers, so protect them with your life. Even though they may do stupid things they belong to you. This is the room were you will be charging into.

Defend the Library and its contents until the scan is complete

Once you have captured the command post from the jedi chamber I recommend respawing as a engineer. Their shotgun is good for defending the book cases (Remember you only need to keep 1 book case remaining) Make sure to protect the book case further away from the jedi spawn in the library. since the jedi use melee attacks on the book cases, This allows you to land a blast on them before your life is over. Also use your explosives. These could save you life make sure to detonate when your standing away from it. As well as when your troopers are not standing around. As a engineer you can also repair book cases. It is vital that you keep on repairing the book cases as much as possible or you will fail the mission and there will be no empire.I have 1 very important thing to tell you be a engineer. Or soon smashed keys will be on the ground. Remember you as a engineer have supplies you are able to give to your fellow troopers or just yourself. Sharing is caring. Whatever you do don't become a heavy trooper this will result in a numerous amount of death, unless you are a good and talented at aiming.

Retrieve the Holocron from the Comm Room and bring it to the Veranda

Here you have 2 options: you can either go through the Archive Room and face multiple Jedi, or you can exit the library and go around to the Comm Room via the main hallway.It really does not mater what root you take, you will always be hit with blaster fire and jedi chasing you. I find myself usaully going were ever I feel like going, but it's up to you to take whatever route you choose. but those jedi will catch you if your slow. you need to get the holocron back to to the gunship without dying even though it doesn't matter if you die, but you will probably have hordes of Jedi chasing you as you try to retrieve the holocron . Most of the time I find myself taking the main way instead of through the Archive room to avoid the Jedi that want to stick a lightsaber into you. And then they will enjoy like a lollipop with all the other Jedi.

Kill the Jedi with the Holocron and return it to the Veranda

Clear the Veranda of enemy units before you spawn as Anakin Skywalker, as you're going to need him for a while. Once you are given the option to spawn as Anakin Skywalker, you must find the jedi that is carrying the holocron you need to return back to the gunship. Before the jedi have you trapped. Remember there are yellow arrows to guide you to the point you are required at. The Jedi masters spawn in the War Room command post on the eastern side of the temple. Try to stay as Anakin Skywalker you will need him to execute the 3 jedi masters in the next section. Remember you have force choke and saber throw you can use to get those annoying padawans out of the way as you try to complete your objective. You can perform a fair dual with the padawans and knights but thats precious time you could be using to kill the jedi masters.

Kill the three Jedi Masters

This part can be a pain in the a** for some people not all, but if you already have completed the campaign you will know what your doing. Ok this is the part you really need lord Vader the most. Trying to kill the 3 jedi masters without him is really difficult. The Knights and Padawans are on infinite spawn at this point (and there are about 30 on the battlefield at once), so there is no point actually trying to kill them you are just best to head after the 3 masters. If you are running low on health, try to kill a couple of padawans and knights to regain your lost health. You cannot just kill the jedi masters with basic attacks alone (Left Click is basic attack), you must combine these basic attacks with force abilities. You will need to use sprint attacks or use force choke and then get as close as possible to them. This is when you can use basic attacks after you have used a force ability. After the force choke they will drop this means they are stunned from 3 seconds before getting up on their feet. If you find yourself being killed in the process of destroying the 3 jedi masters switch to a jet trooper, since you have a jetpack you can avoid jedi melee attacks. Your aim needs to be pretty good if you are to hit the jedi, because the jedi are always moving around and it can be a massive pain trying to hit them.

the library mission is 10 times harder today (Updates?) until you arrive, 2 bookcases are already destroyed and the others get destroyed in 5-10 seconds. You can try to focus on the nearest and then its just a luck game. when 1 jedi after another comes, then you have a change, but 9 from 10 times 8 jedis comes together. 2 attack you and the other 6 attack TOGETHER the bookcase. Even with cheats (Ammo, Health, no reloading) its useless and your bombs can also destroy the bookcase. from 30 tries, i only make it 1 time to complete the campaign but these 1 fucking mission ruins every replay of the campaign

I tried about 20 Times now and i just can't get past the Library, until i am there, at least half the Bookshelfs are already destroyed.
Trying to repair then just doesn't work, as i am getting overrun by Jedi. What a shitty Mission.

The winning strat was to pick a bookcase near the back stairs and stand back against the wall shooting any jedi that targeted it and repairing during the lull halfway through. You can see both sides and they will always run toward the bookcase with guard down as they target it over you. Trying to be mobile and protect multiple was a losing strategy.

I don't recall having any trouble with this in the past and my go-to is engineer for no-death playthroughs (which I used to do years ago). My first play through this decade and I've taken four attempts at the damn book case babysitting.

First time ever playing this game in over 17 years since I was a kid, where I actually grew up playing it on fucking PSP, and my dumb little shit brain didn't understand how much I was missing out on/how cut-content works between systems.

Thus here I am, shitty at (an admittedly awesome) kids game, because I just cannot beat this goddamn level lmao. I had no idea what I was in for with this level lmao!
