'Ever since the barbaric invasions of the 1st to the 5th century, the Roman Empire
has been slowly eaten up by barbaric nations. The Western Roman Empire fell
quickly, but the Eastern Roman Empire kept standing. After years of peace in the
Byzantine Empire, the Ottomans came in and almost destroyed the Empire. Now,
a Basileus has to stand up and stop the invaders. Now, it is time to reclaim te title
of Imperator Imperii Romani, emperor of the Roman Empire. Rome has to rise
once again!'

Features:
-Gives Byzantium the decision to form the Roman Empire

I tried to fix it, but it didn't work, so I've deleted the pop up. It should now be gone.

It does as advertised but did have one bug.

After forming Rome every month I would get the 'so the eagle returns' pop up.

It doesn't have either of those.
It just adds the decision for Byzantium to form Rome, if they own all of Greece, the provinces around the sea of Mamara and ofcourse Roma.
The flag is the one you see on the picture.
The culture is Greek, just like vanilla Byzantium.
I hope you like the mod.
