The Collector's abilities: Forcefield, grenades (instakill weak enemies), laser (cannot charge), and perhaps more. (The Collector is not acrobatic, unfortunately).
Spoilers: The Collector is obtainable by collecting all 15 red bricks from him. However, codes do not work - you have to obtain the redbrick from the mission if you used a code to unlock it.
