Confirmed that luck doesn't seem to affect it by analyzing my results with two other people who also did this on a lucky day, so that actually doesn't matter. Or if it does, only very slightly.

Where are these obtained from? From testing or somewhere in the code?
If you were testing, what was the luck on the days of opening them, as that changes the chances?

This involves way more work for really few earnings. I'm pretty sure that thanks to mods we may have an access to source files and can check the probability there instead.
