Diablos
Notorious African-American group of pimps that operate within the Red Light area of the district, mostly known for their ruthlessness, sleaze, unwarranted ego, pedophilia, and their expensive 12 year old transvestite prᴏstitutes.
They're well-armed with Shotguns, SMGs and vаginal discharges. They're all about business, always focused on their egos when engaged in fights, thus resulting them acting in a very aggressive manner.
Their businesses consist of: Assault, racketeering, prostitution, armed-robbery, money laundering and sculpting exquisite sculptures with their pubic hair.
Mostly hang around The Brothel, Liquor store, and 2 Star Hotel.

Yakuza Crime Family
The largest Japanese crime family, that started making moves to gain influence within the district, successfully extorting a small part of town, which resulted in conflict with the Diablos.
Mostly armed with Shotguns, SMGs and fancy Venus flytrap tattoos. They're accurate shooters, always fight in groups, often too busy seeking approval from their peers and berating their subordinates to function effectively.
Their businesses consist of: Contract killing, extortion, gambling, arms smuggling, racketeering, and counterfeiting pokemon cards.
Mostly hang around The Casino, Lotto, and KFP.

Sons Of Satan
Mexican Satanist street gang, infamous for kidnappings and massacres of children, politicians, and human rights activists (or pretty much any jackass they come across.)
Armed with Shotguns, SMGs and pure sadomasochism. They're immoral, fearless, firm believers in the concept of "pleasure is pain", meaning they are unlikely to disengage from a fight, even when the odds are against them.
Their businesses consist of: Kidnapping, extortion, protection, Satan's Sidekicks nightclub, assault, drug smuggling, underground snuff film ring, and using their toenails as toothpicks.
Mostly seen at the Satan's Sidekicks nightclub somewhere in the ghetto part of town. Rumored to be seen in abandoned buildings.

Zaibatsu Corporation
One of the last largest privately owned organizations (also the largest crime syndicate), was founded by a Japanese man nobody cares about, and is now a property of a rumored Jewish mafia. Famously known for their expensive pharmaceutical products such as Equanox, their obsession with eugenics, transhumanism, and penile extension implants.
Their business is guarded by their very own private army, most of which are Artificial Genetically Enhanced Clone Soldiers (A.G.E.C.S.), made using their newest cloning technology that involves the tedious process of collecting homeless people's sperms.
Their private soldiers are armed with AR-2s and heavy armor. They don't suffer from a lack of intelligence or insecurity. They're focused, dedicated killers who aim solely to follow orders by exterminating anyone who opposes the organization, or is genetically inferior. They can do 42 push-ups, 51 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups before you can say "spit in my аss and call me Sally."
Their businesses consist of: Contract killing, extortion, assault, licensed manufacture of military equipment, manufacture of pharmaceuticals, and touching themselves at night.

Anarchist Platform
Not much is known about them, except for their visible distaste for the inherent lack of justice within the Government's system, and their propaganda posters against body lotion around the city.
It was evident on their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ website (which was mysteriously taken down) that they follow an ideology called "lulzism", they treat it as a religion - more or less. They've sent angry letters to police officers stating they'll spread lulz across the city.
Nobody knows the actual meaning of the word "lulz" except for their highest of elders, and they refuse to share its meaning with anyone to further prevent others from corrupting its original meaning.

Government
The highest evolution of organized crime. With total control over the whole land, their code is law, and it's as direct as it gets; obey or die. The largest, and most powerful gang in the city.
The Government's job is to stop people from their own stupidity. However, the Government are people too.
Law enforcers receive welfare when people commit crimes, and as a result, they'll arrest you for anything.
They operate 3 main divisions; Union, Nova, and T.W.A.T. (Tactical Weapons Assault Team). Each unit is armed according to their ranks, mostly pistols, SMGs, Shotguns, AR-2s and pretty much any weapon the NPC can manipulate.
Union units are overconfident, paranoid, sociopaths that often get astronomical amounts of ᴏrgasms during gun-fights. They receive inferior training and cheap equipment when compared to other units, which is why they only stay in a policing role within the city.
Nova units can only be seen in prison, pretty much like Union units, but with the addition of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ violence in the cells.
T.W.A.T are highly-trained units only deployed for special operations, they're capable of pulling off deadly sophisticated and synchronized battle tactics, which make Union units look like a bunch of wimps in comparison. (Disregard that, everyone in this city is a fᴜcking wimp, including you.)
Their businesses consist of: The whole city.
They can be seen everywhere, constantly watching everything, listening to everything, smelling everything (including your sister's panties).
