This is Shiva She is a ice mage living in a ruined house near the bridge to winterhold collage, (behind the front one.)

Her ice attacks will NOT harm the player if struck by them,
but WILL make quick work of a ice troll, ice wrath, frost atronach or any other frost resistant target.
The mod also adds the Smithing area to the town.
She has light foot and some other perks for destruction skill, she dose not need any equipment .
I would just leave her as she is. (But its up to you if you want to equip her).

She has a Spare dagger for the player and some sandals you can craft for her if you think she needs shoes.
Also a circlet to craft for the player.

Shiva's hair color is available on character creation for NORD FEMALES.
