Redeeming your Cobalt Steam code from Mojang

Just a simple guide to walk you through redeeming your free Steam copy from your Mojang account (if you previously bought Cobalt directly through them).

Redeeming your Steam key

For people who originally bought Cobalt from Mojang directly:

Go to https://account.mojang.com/login and enter your credentials.

Once you are logged in you will be on your games page, showing your previous purchases.

Lower on the page under the heading "Cobalt on Steam" you should see a Claim your Copy button.

Click the button, then select and copy the key code that appears. (Shown at the bottom of this image:



Go to your steam library, select "add game" in the bottom left corner.

Choose "activate a game on steam".

Follow the prompts and then paste the code when requested.

Is there a way to get the email that resets your security questions to go to another email adress? my email got deleted ;-;

When I try to enter my credentials, it says that this is the first time logging in on this computer( which btw is the one I got cobalt on) and it asks the security questions that I have no clue what they are
