how to do the modding thing

ok, so we use the acolyte mods: body count, and blood rush (the more you rank blood rush, the faster it is to get to red crits)
also true steel for that little umph...

i think thats it...oh and put the melee speed mods on, they dont improve the chance just the speed at which it takes to get to red crits

pressure point, heavy trama, and reach can be swapped out, whatever suits your needs...

i would use the channeling crit mod, but the increase is too great 4 magistar it needs a balenced channel

This actually works on any weapon with a crit chance, but the combo number will be multiplied by a substantial amount.

what do the acolyte mods do?

how the acolyte mods work:

Blood Rush = increases crit chance ~%, stacks per hit multiplier

which brings us to Body Count = increases time for the hit multiplier by ~ (at max rank : 12secs)

15 is borderline. I did this to the dragon nikana too and it's cool but incomparable to the epicness that the destreza has become now

This makes a lot of melee weapons amazing. I can't wait to thoroughly test them.

The weapons that benefit the most are multi hit fast attack speed things like destreza or broken war with crimson dervish. more and more hits! :D

I get what you mean though. And the fact that a red crit magistar is now possible is awesome in it's own right XD

@Zaphod Beeblebrox also you idea would work wonders with a lacera, now that we all earned a pretty new skin we can start "showing it off", like proc everything kind of show off, by using dual stat mods like voltaic strike ect...

@๖Sérgý♥ the magistar is the slowest heavy weapon, to slow it down would lessen the red crit effect, this is not a damage build just its saing HOW to get red crit magistar, but ive used builds like that in the past
@Zaphod Beeblebrox i see what you did, but the weapon only has 10% stat chance, i could replace heavy trauma but the damage is quite irrelavent this is the worst hammer melee in game, i was just using it as an example
