How to get Japanese MW2

As you may know the Japanese MW2 version is not available outside of Japan, but there is a way to get Japanese MW2 without having to buy a Japanese import of the game. Today I'm here to show you how.

Information

Since there seem to be a lot of people asking around for this pack I have decided to release the Japanese MW2 pack/patch to the steam community so that you won't need to buy a Japanese import of the game.

Couple of things I feel I need to declare:
1. You will NOT be susceptible to being VAC banned from steam, I have tested and confirmed this with several comrades.
2. This pack includes both voices and gamefonts for the japanese version of the game.
3. This pack will only work with the English version of the game, as you have to modify it - trying to install this pack with a German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Russian language won't work.
4. This is just a language pack for Japanese, all the files included does not provide a working MW2 without the main client bought from steam.
5. If you don't own the game, go ahead and BUY it first.

Just wanted to give you an insight, sorry for it being a trickshot for those who disapprove of that:

How to Install

1. Download the gamefiles from the link supplied HERE[drive.google.com]

1.1 When downloading you can either click the big blue button in the middle or the small arrow on the top right, it doesn't really matter.


1.2 When the site warns you about the size being "too big" for a virus scan just hit download anyway as showed here.


2. Extract the folder from the compressed .rar folder to your desktop (somewhere you remember)


3. Open the extracted folder


OPTIONAL: Go to your \Steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2\zone and backup your zone\english folder


4. Open the \zone\english folder from the extracted folder and move all the files to your client \zone\english folder


4.1. If this message appears, click 'Move and Replace'


OPTIONAL: Go to your \Steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and backup your 'Main' folder


5. Go back to your extracted folder and open \main, then move all the 'localized_japanese_iw' in to your client \main folder


5.1 Delete or backup your 'localized_english_iw' files

6. Launch Modern Warfare 2 and enjoy Japanese MW2
