Alliance Basics

There are three different alliances:

Free Traders Collective (FT), Iron Order (IO), and Enlightened Union (EU). They each give you a passive ability as well as a teleport to your respective hall. The locations of these halls will be Velika Outskirts (FT), Kaiator Outskirts (IO), and Allemantheia Outskirts (EU). In the hall, there is a daily alliance quest along with two different Vaultkeepers, one for solo, and one for party, and a teleportal to different alliance territories where you can slay BAMs, Normal Monsters, and disable extractors which give you a key (you can only hold 5 at a time) which you turn in to the guy next to your teleportal for alliance points (10 keys per day) and rank you up.

Rank Structure

Rank Structure:

Rank structure is fairly easy to climb as long as you do all your dailies and maybe some PvP on the side. You start out as a mere peasant to your alliance. The rank isn't actually peasant, it's cadet, but I like to call 'em peasants. From bottom to top you get: Member (don't do anything in your alliance), Echelon 4 (did a little bit for your alliance, but didn't get in the top 120), Echelon 3 (top 120), Echelon 2 (climbing up there!), Echelon 1, Adjunct Commander, Assault Commander, Defense Commander (mount), Raid Commander, Exarch (player leader of alliance, can speak in alliance notice chat)

Anybody Echelon 4 and up gets a mount with 290 speed.

In order, least to greatest, here is how much money you can get for being each rank.
Echelon 3 - 5,000 gold for win, not sure for loss
Echelon 2 - 7,000 gold for win, 2,000 for loss
Echelon 1 - 10,000 gold for win, 5,000 for loss
Adjunct Commander - 25,000 gold for win, 7,000 for loss
Defense Commander - 30,000 gold for win, not sure for loss
Raid Commander - 35,000 gold for win, not sure for loss
Exarch - 70,000 gold for win, 35,000 for 2nd place, 3,500 for 3rd place

Conclusion

Well, now you might be thinking, "Why am I just learning all this stuff now!? Why didn't anybody say anything?!" Well, that's the exact thing I thought before I started doing all this, and the reason I am sharing all this with you now! Oh, and if all that didn't catch your attention, hopefully my next statement will. If your whole alliance works hard to get points by doing dailies, your Exarch can place down a Golden Enchanter (GE) which doubles your enchanting rate. If you do not get to GE, then you should be able to get a Silver Enchanter (SE) which I think increases your enchant rate by 1.50. The Bronze Enchanter is always up, which i think increases by 1.25.

@Xypher ty, fixing right now, i have only been in alliance 1 week and is all i learned, also, my friend in another alliance said he got 7k for being Adjunct Commander, his alliance got 3rd and mine got 2n, i got 7k (I was also Adjunct Commander) so I do not think that the 6.3k for 3rd place exarch is true, and neither the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, but i will look into it, ty!

Some of the information here isn't entirely accurate. The reward you gain after alliance conflict is based on which placing your alliance ended up in. For example, the Exarch will gain 70k upon first place, 23k(I think) upon 2nd place, and 6.3k upon 3rd place. Also Raid Commander is called Assault Commander. You obtain the 290 mount upon reaching echelon 4 or better. There are a few things to correct, but overall this is well done.
