This guide was created for achievement who..., sorry, for people, who want to get the most out of this amazing game. While most of the achievements are unmissable, there are a few, that you might not notice, or might not know where to find its triggering item.

WARNING! This guide contains a full walkthrough of the game. Before reading, make sure that you have tried everything else. This guide may or may not give you hints about certain puzzle solutions, so be careful!

Welcome!

I have created this guide to help you achieve 100% in Soul Axiom. This game has a lot of content, so it may take a while, until you get everything. I'm trying to write the guide in chronological sequence, so you won't miss out anything, even if you just copy everything from this guide, however I will exclude the location of PEMOs, and Eyes, because their location is covered in 2 other guides. The guide's sections will list the levels, and the achievements, you can earn on them. You'll get an achievement for completing a level, but if there is something extra you can do, I'll add the corresponding achievement's name to the title.

---Chapter 1 -- Prologue---
The Ship - Maiden Voyage
The game starts on a ship. When you get up, go down to the right. There will be some pipes to the left, and some boxes to the right. Go left, crouch and you'll see a man at the generator. Go there, activate it, then go back to the deck. You'll see a glowing ladder. Climb it, and when you get up, take the zipline.
The Desert - Death Valley, There and Back Again
Quickly leave the crash site, and head to the Last Chance Inn. Enter the inn, and activate the arcade to your right. After that, pick up the cube from the counter, and leave the inn. Once outside, go around the inn, there will be a pond with a strange machine near it. Insert the cube to the machine, and enter the portal.

There and Back Again
When you revisit this level (after coming back here through the portal at the Monorail station in the HUB), go in front of the Inn, and look to the left. There is a toilet there. Open the door, and the achievement should pop.
Desert Temple - Blast From The Past, Out of Phase, Indy Developer
Go straight on, until you trigger the "boulder-chase" scene. Drop down to the hole below, and pick up the Phase Power to get the
Out of Phase
achievement.

Indy Developer
Look up at the stuck boulder, and De-Phase it.

De-Phase the wall, go outside. There are 1 temple in each direction. Each temple has a statue, where a hand holds a ring with some symbols in it. Your task is to phase and de-phase the center ring's symbols, until they resemble to one of the temple ones. If you do it right, the center ring will turn to the correct temple, and try to connect its laser. It may run into barriers, but you can easily de-phase them. If you did everything right, the portal will reveal itself.
Elysian Fields - Field of Dreams
Turn around, and look for a crystal. De-phase it, and Phase the now appeared platform. Cross it, then look for another, until you reach the top. This puzzle is really easy. De-phase those crystals, which are blocking the blue beams, and Phase those, which should block the red beams. If you did it right, a bridge should emerge, cross it. You'll see a priest, who is preaching to a group of silhouettes. Among them, there is a small black dot, which is an interactable point. Use it, and after the events, check the priest, then head towards the transport machine behind him. Activate it, and your task from now on is to Phase the obstacles, thus granting passage to your machine. Enter the train.
The Monorail - Soul Train, Short Attention Span
This is basically a cutscene level, but while you wait for the train to reach its destination, look up, and de-phase all things, which block the flow of electricity in the glass tubes.
If you did it right, an eye will appear, and you'll get the
Short Attention Span
achievement.
The HUB - Play Time
Leave the Monorail, and interact with the PEMO machine. After that, leave the station, and enter the HUB. Follow the green line to the two green towers. De-phase the door, go down and get the Play Power. The next puzzle will serve as a tutorial to the Play Power. In a nutshell: Holding RMB will activate the power, and the thing will change stance. Pressing LMB will freeze the thing in that position. Once you get out, go back to the HUB, and use Play on the staircase. Go up and enter the first teleporter on the left.
---Chapter 2 -- Tier 1---
The Jungle - Monkeying Around, Monkey See Monkey Don't
Look up, and use Play on the helicopter's rotors. You'll notice, that the raft have moved up on the river. Go there, and climb the rocks. Press the white stone on the monkey, and the passage will open. Go through it, and cross the bridge. You'll have to collect 2 cubes to put in the monkeys' hand. If you go to the left, use Play on the gears, and grab the cube. If you go to the right, use Play on the monkey statue, and grab the cube. Insert both cubes, and a hammer will break a new path for you. Look up, and de-phase the two monkeys, which hold the bridge, cross it, then descend into the temple. Watch out for the scythes, because they'll instakill you. After that, you'll see another puzzle. The hint is on the wall right in front of you. Solution: Using Play, make an arrow, that points to the hint.

Monkey See, Monkey Don't
If you make the arrow point to the monkey statue who holds 1 skull in their hand (to the right), this achievement will pop.

Descend more into the temple, and you'll find a room to the left. In it, there is a monkey statue, which operates as a camera. If he spots you, the door to the next area closes, and you have to pull the lever at the door's entrance to reset it. Easiest method: Hug the left wall, and move behind the panel. Use Play on it, but don't freeze it, let it slide back. When the monkey is looking at your position (he can't see you, but you can see its lights), start using Play on the panel (the activation delay will give you enough time, so it won't spot you), then move behind it, and using Play, close its eyes. Proceed to the next room. Before you, there is a 5x3 grid. The grid's panels are Play-able, and you can either see a sound mark on them, or an "x" mark. Your goal is to cross the grid without stepping on sound marked panels. Solution: left, center, center, left, center. Once you are through, close its ears with Play. Proceed to the next room. You'll see some purple monkeys emiting sound, and some gongs, which you can activate with Play. Solution: Using the gongs, block the monkeys' sound. Cross the "maze", and follow the corridor. The final room is a lot larger, than the others were, but it's the easisest. Look a bit to the right. In the water, there are some stair parts, which you can move with Play. From this part, you should be able to figure out everything. Using Phase and Play, make your way to the top room. There will be one part, where you'll have to use Play on a wall, but you should spot it easily. When you get to the room, a cutscene will trigger, then you wake up somewhere else.

Before you, there are 2 pipe puzzles. It should be easy to figure out, but here is the solution. Starting from the middle tile on the top, it should connect like this. The left one: left, down, down, right, down, left, down. The right one: right, down, down, down, left, down. Once you are done, grab the soul.
Warzone - Soul Survivor
Look around, and you'll find 2 Play-able places. They are connected diagonally, so it should be easy to find them. Each of them features a puzzle, which is random every time. It's main goal is to press all "safe" (green) tiles, without running into red ones. Once you are done with both of them, go to the back of the tank. You'll see another puzzle there. The goal is to set the pressure, so the slider will get to the middle. Solution: right, middle, left, middle. The tank will roll down, and stops in front of a wall. Use Play, and it will blow a hole. Go through, and activate the lift.

Once down, follow the path until the code room. In the middle, there are 5 monitors. Each of them shows the number 0. In the left room, there is a board with country names, and a positive/negative number. In the right room, there is a world map. Did you figure out the solution yet? Using the world map, determine the timezone for the said country, and add/substract the amount the board shows. Input the code: 45165, and the door will open. Use phase on the vent to the left in the garage, and enter. From this point, you'll just have to walk through the corridors, until you reach a huge room with a glass cube in its center. To the right, there is a room with a desk in it. At the desk, you'll find a red button. Push it, and go through the now open blast door at the back of the huge room.

The next part is tricky. If the cameras spot you, you die almost instantly. Your task is the phase the target at the barrels, so the camera will spot, and shoot it. The barrel will explode, and grant you access. After a while, you'll come across some moving bots. Same setting, they kill you, if they spot you. You'll have to get through them, and to the right. Yet again, some walking, and you'll find yourself in a hangar. Step on the big red button, and use Play on the cuboid. Go through the doors, and use Play on the humvee. Turn left, and use Play on the boxes. Climb them, use Play on the tank, then head towards the 6 Phase-able water reservoirs. Phase them, and step on the remaining red button. When the fire got extinguished, go up to the helicopter, and touch the soul.
Beach - Washed Up, This Shark Still Looks Fake...
Head to the lighthouse, use Play on the stairs. On the first floor, you'll find the propeller on the ground. On the second floor, you'll find the steering wheel in the nightstand next to the bed. On the third floor, you'll find the motor. Take a good look at the map. Go back to the ground floor, exit and head to the shed-like thing to the right. On the table, you'll find the accelerator. Interact with the motorboat, and once it's done, it will take you to the other island.

This Shark Still Looks Fake...
To get this, simply leave one of the islands. A shark will come and eat you, then the achievement will pop.

Head to the left side of the island, and up the little path. Use Play on the house, from which, the water is flowing. Position it, so the water drops to the pipe. Head down. You'll see some pipes to the right and left. If you go to the left, you'll have to do a little timed puzzle. There are 4 valves, but only one of them is interactable. Activate the first, then the next , then the next in quick succession.
If you go to the right, you'll see an unfinished pipe. Use Phase to finish it, once you are done, go to where all three pipes connect. De-phase the end of them, and the water will fill the hole, and you can grab the first cube.

Head to the hill in the middle, and enter through a cave. In it, you'll find a big ship. Look to the left. There is a crack in its body, where you can enter. Use Play to open the doors. Climb the ladder, then look at the cannons. Next to them you'll find a pile of balls. Use Play to load them, then go up to the deck. There will be one more cannon there. De-phase the planks, go down, and load it. Once you load all 4, they'll shoot a hole, in the rock, and there you'll find the second cube.

Go back to the deck, and take the ladders to the nest. Exit from the cave, and you'll see a carriage, and a strange lock to the right. Your task is to move the logs with Play, so the carriage will fi into the lock. If you did it right, the lock will disappear, and you'll find the third cube inside.

Go back to the top of the lighthouse on the first island. Insert the cubes to the strange machine, and head to the "balcony" There will be a switchbox there. Pull the lever, and you'll see that the field that was protecting the soul is now gone. Go down, and touch it.
Museum - An Evening at the Museum, Raiders of the Lost Shark
Enter the room to the left. Use Play on the dino bones. There are three parts scattered around the room. One of them is on the ground, one is near the bushes to the right and one is above you. Once you are done, it will drop a keycard. Use the vent to reach the next room.

The puzzle here is really easy. Using Play, rise all 4 parts of the city, but watch out for the searchlight. If you did it right, a skateboard will descend with the keycard on it. Use the vent to the left to reach the next room.

Turn off the lasers by using Play on the breakers. You'll see 3 statues, and a bit above, a pyramid. The pyramid has 4 sides. Use Play, and make it stop on the eye. One of the statues will start moving, and it will show you where you need to turn it next. Once you are done, collect the keycard, and by using the vent, go to the final room.

Getting the last keycard won't be harder than any of the puzzles so far. The skulls need to be on their colour of line, and that's it. Grab the last keycard, and go back tp the lobby. Climb the stairs, and place the keycards into the machine. The door below you will open.

Raiders of the Lost Shark
If you stay for a while in this room, a shark will come and try to break through. Once the water starts leaking, the achievement will pop.

You'll find the soul in the middle of the room. Touch it.
The HUB - Seek and Destroy
Once you finish all 4 levels in Tier 1, you will get teleported to get the Destroy Power. Since this is a parkour course, I can't help you much. Get the power, destroy everything in your path, and go back to the HUB. Use Destroy on the big orange ring. Go back to Tier 1, then you'll notice that the next floor is available. Enter the next level to the left.
---Chapter 3 -- Tier 2---
Ice Palace - Snow Blind, Time Flies
The first part of the level is a zodiac puzzle. But don't worry, you don't have to know them thoroughly. To your left, there is a wheel. When you first spawn, almost all symbols are lit. This slowly goes down, and you'll see those, that you have to concentrate on. I hope it's needless to say, that it's completely random. If you look around, you'll see that there are a few big, round objects, which may or may not have the symbol you are looking for. Using Destroy on one of them, lights them up, and the constellation for that zodiac will appear in the sky. You might have noticed that this is not all of them. There are 4 places, where you can find them. 1. Hit the bell to the left from spawn with Destroy. 2. Step on the big white button. This will make a huge tower emerge. You can stop it by using Play on the thing near it. 3. There is a cannon. Use Play to set its angle and power, and use Destroy to fire. 4. To the right, there are a few zodiac signs, which come up from time to time. Once you found one that you need, recereate its constellation with the wheel. If you did everything right, a bridge will emerge.

Cross it, enter the palace and you'll find yourself in a huge hall. In the middle, there is a chess puzzle, but it's unavailable yet. To the left, there is a room with a fire puzzle in it. Solution: Using Play, rotate the ice cubes, and once one reaches the fire, use Destroy on the ice to make it light up. Do this until all 3 fires are lit, then align them, so each statue has a burning fire in front of it. To the right, you'll find a timed time puzzle. Once you enter, the door will close. The snowflake titled XII will come out, and you'll have to push it using Play. Once you do it, the clock will start ticking, and you'll have to push every snowflake back to its place. Once you are done, head back to the hall.

Time Flies
Do the time puzzle without dying even once. Never run, and remember that you can use Play from a distance.

You'll notice that you can now do the chess puzzle. Your goal is to kill both your and your enemy's king. It will be easy, because the enemy will always do the same as you do. Solution: Move the left rook (the one which is to the left from your king) up, then left, then up. Then move the upper rook, up, then left, then up, then left. If you did it right, the double doors will open, and at the end of the hallway, you'll find the soul. Touch it.
Hospital - Flat Liners, David Age 6
You spawn in a morgue. One of the air-conditioner shutters are interactable with Play. Use Destroy on the ice, then pick up the lever and the cube from the dead storages. You'll find another cube on the desk, just before you exit the room. Walk through the corridor, and you'll get to a room with 3 furnaces to the right, and an electricity box to the left. Use the lever on that, then take the cube from the body. Insert all 3 cubes to the furnaces,and use Destroy to fire them up. Leave the morgue. Find a map, and once you know the directions, head outside.

You'll see a puzzle involving owl statues. De-Phase the blue ones, Play the green ones and Destroy the orange ones. You can't do it wrong. Pick up the keycard. Find the church room, and use the keycard on its reader. Using Play, make three seperate mosaics. You can find some hints if you check the drwaings on the wall in nursery.Solution by background: Blue, red, light blue. Pick up the keycard. Find the nursery, and use the keycard on the reader.

David Age 6
There are a few little tables in the nursery. Most of them have the same drawings, but there is one, which has an extra, which will grant you the achievement.

After a little walk, you'll find yourself at the doors of the surgery. However it's locked by 4 chains. Above the door, there are 4 symbols: heart, lungs, kidney, eye. Next to the door, there is a lightswitch. To the right, there are 4 X-ray pictures with a button under each of them. Your task is to set the correct X-ray pictures. You can only see the depicted symbols, if you turn off the lamps. Solution: Press the first and the 4th once. Pick up the keycard and head to a map. Once you know where is the red keycard reader, go there and use the keycard.

Interact with the machine in the center, then break the purple crystal in the machine to the left with Destroy. Wait. That thing looks familiar doesn't it? Find a map, and search for those machines. Their location: 1.The one you just destroyed, 2. Morgue, 3. Outside, 4. Nursery, 5. In a room, which is blocked off by a Play-able bed, 6. Surgery. Once you destroy all 6, go back to the room. You'll see that a film is playing. It contains the order in which you have to press the buttons in the room. Solution: 1,2,5,4,6,3. If you did it right, the door to the soul will open. Touch it.
University - School's Out, Ducktective
You awake on a plane. Search around for the emergency lever. It is in one of the storages. Once found, install it to the door, and try to go to the back of the plane. After that, use Destroy on the hinges, and once the dorr's open, jump out, turn right, and use the ladder. Find the elevator and take it. Go right, and up the stairs. Go to the auditorium, and solve the puzzle. Phase and Play everything you can. There are 3 projectors in the room, use them too. WARNING! The game only accepts the solution, if you have activated the correct projector. If you solve it without activating the projector, you'll have to de-phase everything, and set them back to their original stance. If you did everything right, the door will open. Crawl through the vent, and grab the girls' restroom key from the desk. Leave the auditorium, and look left. Open the girls' restroom, and open the third stall. There will be a hole in the ground, and a ladder. Take it, then navigate through the maze, use Destroy where it's needed, and find the first breaker at the end of the "maze". Leave the basement, and head back to the auditorium.

If you go back to the stairs (but don't go down), and turn left, you'll get to a rocket testing area. There is a graphic on the computer, which helps you to build the best. Solution: Use Play on its rocket once, leave its body as it is, and use Play once in its head. The door will open, and you can climb some ladders, and crawl through some vents. Watch out! Don't De-Phase the bars under you. You'll just get dropped back to the auditorium. After a while, you will find yourself in the boys' restroom. Take the pendrive near the sink, and head downstairs (don't take the elevator).

Ducktective
In the boys' restroom, there are some lockers. When you want to exit the room, one of the lockers will open. In it, you'll find a Master Reboot poster and a blue duck. As of the current build, this achievement is almost unmissable.

Once downstairs, go left from the elevator, and insert the pendrive to the laptop. Head upstairs, until you reach the girls' restroom. Turn right, and you'll find yourself in a room full of computers. They doesn't matter, what matters is the brain map on one of the boards. Remember it, and enter the dark room. Your task is that using the computers, recreate the brain map. You can use Play on the guy in the chair. Solution: Purple, Red, Blue, Green. If you did it right, a hidden entrance will reveal itself. Once you are inside, turn right, then right again. Crawl a bit, then you'll drop down near the shuttle. Behind you is the second breaker. Activate it, and the ladder will drop down. Climb it, and soon you'll find yourself near the shuttle. If you did everything right, the shuttle should stop, and you'd be able to touch the soul.
Mansion - Least Haunted
Enter the room to the right. You'll find yourself in a library. Your task is to find a red, a green and a blue wheel, which contains a music note. Once you collect all, insert them to the piano (remember the color code), and head back to the hall. You'll see 4 statues, which are Play-able, but only activate those, where the werewolf stands. If you did it right, the moon will change status. Go back to the Library, and go through the now open door. Turn right, then left, and you will see a room. Enter, and grab the moon piece from the table. Use Destroy on the door locks. Install the moon part, and go through one of the doors near the statue.

You'll see a big dining room. Go to the left, and take the stairs. Go left, and you'll find a puzzle, which involves paintings. Under the paintings, there are some symbols. Your task is to match the symbol with the painting. Solution: You will need a piece of paper for this. Number them from left to right, where the first is the spiked bat wielding man and the last is the man with a stopwatch. Their correct order: 9,4,5,3,8,11,1,10,6,7,2
A door will open. Go through it, and enter the next room. Phase the cabinet, and face the next challenge! It will be the piano again, however this is a "listen, and try to replicate the exact sound" puzzle. If you remember the code from earlier, then input it: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow. If you did it right, the next moon part, will spawn. Take it and insert it to the machine. Now it's half-moon. The door to the left from spawn is now open. Follow the corridor until you see a door right in front of you. Open it, and you'll see a sword. Pick it up, then head back to the dining room. To the right, there is a fireplace with a shield. Insert the sword, and a puzzle will spawn. It uses only your Play power. Your task is to get the ball from the right side to the left while avoiding the swords, and the ax. If one of them comes in contant with your ball, it will get teleported back to the start. If you fail a few times, the number of obstacles start to decrease. Once you are done, a passage to a secret room will open.

Your task is to find a 4 digit code in the secret room, which you will be able to use to get the next moon part in the room with the 11 paintings. Input the code: 2032, and grab the part. Once installed, go back to the room, where the "listen and recreate" puzzle was. You'll notice that a door have opened. In it you'll find 4 coffins. Each of them has an arrow, and they are Play-able. If you go round them, you'll find some text at each. Your task is that using the texts, align them to the proper cardinal point. Solution: East, North, West, South. Grab the final moon part from the chest. Insert it into the machine and take the stairs from the dining room all the way up to the top. Your task is to read the books, then use the correct colored bottle on the cauldron, and cross the portal. Solution: 1.Green, 2.Blue and Red, but take the red portal, 3. Red only, 4. Green only. If you did it right, you'll get teleported to the same looking room, however you'll find the soul in one of the rooms. Touch it.
---Chapter 4 -- Tier 3---
Space Station - In Space, No One Can Hear You...
Look to the left from spawn. You'll see a corridor, and some moving lasers. Use Play on the lasers, then press the button to open the blast door. The door will only stay open for a few seconds, so make sure you make a run for it. Your task will be to collect 4 keycards, and place them into the security system on Security. On the bridge, there is a map, which will help you greatly to understand this guide.

On Cryogenics (to the left from the bridge), look up to find some pipes you can use Play on, then find the two valves on the tanks. The pipes will emit fire, and melt the ice. After the familiar *ding* sound, close both valves, and collect the keycard.

On Engineering (go right from the bridge, and turn right again), activate the handprint readers in the center, and solve the puzzle, which is familiar from the one in Warzone. If you stay on the main corridor, you'll reach the Security room, but head past it for now, and take the corridor to the left, which leads to Detention Center 8. Once there, you'll have to use Play to assemble a pathway, with which you'll reach the second keycard at the far end of the room.

On Recreation, use the horse run game. It's based entirely on luck, but sooner or later, you'll win. Grab the third keycard. Go to the next room. In it, you'll find some Phase-able pipes high above, and some tubes with electricity in them, but they don't connect. Solve the easy puzzle, and head to Medics.

On Medics, use Destroy on the blocking tiles, then go to the back of the room for the 4th keycard.
Go back to Security, and insert all keycards. Run through the main corridor, and walk through the now open door. You'll find yourself in a huge room with lots of computers. Your task is to find 4 levers, and pull them, but be careful! Each lever will only stay activated for a set period of time. There are 2 levers on the right and, and 2 on the left. The 2 on the left have 30 and 5 seconds activity time, while the ones on the right have 10 and 20. Pull them in the correct order, and take the elevator up.

Once you are up, enter the room, and press the button. After a while the door will open, and you'll find yourself in a huge space. Using Destroy on the canisters, you can move yourself. Get to the ship on the left, pick up the 4 way-tile, then before you leave the ship, look to the left, and use Play on the platform. Go back to the main platform and shoot the middle canister, then try to get to the other door. Insert the 4 way tile to the circuit box on the left, and take the elevator. The corridor will lead back to your starting point, but you'll see the soul in the middle. Touch it.
Church - Soul Salvation
You start in a graveyard. Follow the path, until there will be a turn to the right. In that area, there will be a few tombs, which you can use Play on. One of them contains a woodoo soldier doll. Take it, and follow the path up. Soon, there will be a chance to turn left. Take it, and look right. You'll see a furnace. Use Destroy on its 2 end, then place the doll on the fire. You'll notice that the huge soldier statue have caught on fire. Go there to trigger its complete burn, then look to the left. You'll see a lever. Pull it and descend into the catacombs.

In the catacombs, you'll have to collect 4 parts of bone. To your right and left, there are a few play-able coffins. Once you have collected the bones, place them on the door. Use Destroy on the planks, and drop down. You'll see some plaques. One for a doctor, one for a movie maker, one for a soldier and one for a chemist. Take the stairs up, then turn around, and you'll see some statues. Most of them are just placeholders, but there are 4 statues, which depict the main characters from the game. If you have paid attention, you should know their roles, but if not, then here is the solution: From left to right: Soldier, Chemist, Doctor, Movie Star. Arrange them, so they'll fall to their designated place. If you did it right, the gates will open.

Run through the seats to the belltower. Use Play on the stairs, and on the first floor, go to the organ. Use it, and look to your back. You'll see a mosaic puzzle, which depicts Eve and the snake. By using Play, arrange the 3 mosaics. You can use the snake as a guideline, as it will connect with each tile. If you did it right, the bell will drop to the ground. Use Destroy on it, and touch the soul.
Apartment - Home Alone
WARNING! This level involves time traveling in 4 different times, so my wording may not be understandable in all cases. I'll try my best to make it understandable, but because of that, here are some tips:
1. The time machine is in the living room. It can only go forward (or loop back), so make sure you've done everything I said.

2. There is a map in the kitchen in every time. Since this apartment is small, I'll only list key items/events in the said time. Please use the map to get to the said item.

3. If I write a "-" symbol, it means that you can do nothing in the said time. I.e.: You spawn in 2026, but you can't do anything there.

2026: -
2025: De-phase the walls in the kitchen and in the study. You have to de-phase a total of 4 walls, since both the entrance and the exit from the passage is sealed. If I say De-phase the walls next time, always de-phase all 4.
2026: Grab the key from the computer room. You can reach it by using the passage in the study.
2025: De-phase the walls, open the door to the other part of the apartment. In the back room, you'll find a laptop. Interact with it to send the payment.
2026: Destroy the box at the doorstep, and install the time part. Go to the kitchen, and destroy the orange electricity box with Destroy.
2029: Grab the crystal seeds from the corridor outside of your apartment. In the kitchen, input the code to the safe with Play. A passage will open, and at the end, there will be a cube. Grab it.
2032: -
2025: De-phase walls, plant the crystal seed in the bedroom.
2026: Destroy the electricity box and charge the cube in the study.
2029: Grab another cube (safe, passageway, cube) and recover the charged cube from the study. Also collect the crystal from the bedroom.

2029: Take the charged cube, and place everything in the bathroom.
2032: Go to the bathroom, and touch the soul.
Winter HQ - Winter Is Coming
There are 4 platforms on Winter HQ. One is where you spawn, to the left of spawn is Soul Sync, to the right of spawn is Mysteri. The remaining one is Winters. How to notice them? Winters has info about Winters (rocket, statue, etc.), Mysteri has info about Master Reboot's (the developers' previous game) foundation (Seren, Akashic Serverpark, desk, bed, etc.), Soul Sync has info about this game's stuff (PEMOs, Soul City, crystals, etc.) and spawn has only a reception desk and two waiting rooms.

If you turn around, you'll see some Destroy-able surfaces. Destroy one panel, and de-phase the ball inside it. Do this at each platform, then look up. Use play on the rings above you. Your task is to match the platforms' rings' symbols with the center ring's symbols, but you can rotate the center one too. Solution: Spawn - red, Soul Sync - green, Winters - blue, Mysteri - yellow. The elevators will descend, and will take you to the tower.

Once there, you'll have to use Play on the magnetic machine to set each rod, where they light up green. You can de-phase the blocking elements too to find the correct combination. Solution, de-phase this many blocking plates: 2, 1, 0, 1. The force field, which was protecting the soul should disappear. Touch the soul.
Forest - If You Go Down To The Woods Today..., Touching Evil
Good Forest

You'll see a platform right in front of you. Go there and use Play on all of the frames, then Phase them. To your right, the bridge will appear, and you can get to the next section. You'll see a tower. Climb the steps to it, and de-Phase the crystal on the top. You'll see that a passage of light has appeared. Go there and enter the portal.

Evil Forest

Before you, there is a strange machinery. You can use Play on its tiles to rotate them. Your goal is to make them slide perfectly into the holes at the other side. Solution (how many times you have to use Play on them): 2,1,2. In rare cases, the game doesn't register the correct combination. Just keep trying again and again, until it accepts it. Cross the bridge to the right. The next part needs you to protect a cart with a Play-able tunnel. Protect the cart from the swords, but watch out: They can kill you too!. Once the cart reaches its destination, another light bridge will emerge. Go up, but instead of using the portal, go to the left and pick up the Corrupt Power, which grants you the
Touching Evil
achievement.
Tree of Life - Zero Corruption, Master Reboot
Go up the stairs, and find the corrupt beam.

Master Reboot
Once you are up the stairs, look right for a drop down. Once there, look right again to spot Seren and earn the achievement. You can drop further down to the pier, which will lead you back to spawn.

Hold RMB, and redirect the beam to a purple receiver, until it "explodes". The angel statues will rotate, then find the beam again, and redirect it to the folded hands. Touch the soul.
---Chapter 5 -- Corruption---
About Corrupt Levels
Once you get the Corrupt Power, you'll get access to the Corrupt Levels.

The entrance to these levels is hidden in the normal levels, but each normal level only features one Corrupt level.

I will write down first, where you can find the portal to the Corrupt level, then I will proceed with the walkthrough of the level itself.

You can get hints as to where is each Corrupt level's entrance. The computer for this is in the Gallery part of the HUB.

Once you have found a Corrupt level, its portal will appear in the HUB right before the normal portal.

Completing Corrupt levels are the main way to understand the story, as after completing them, a longer cutscene will be played, and you'll see the whole thing.
Corrupt Jungle - Deforestation
Where to find?

Deep in the temple, where you had to get past the sound emiting monkeys. If you look down, you'll see a wooden board in the lava. Use Play on it, and make it reach its destination. Go back to the room before the "overseeing" monkey, but walk past the monkey's room and take the stairs to the left. If you did it right, you should be able to pass to the Corrupt portal.



You'll start on a platform. Look up, you'll see 3 De-phase-able rocks. De-Phase the lowest, then the middle, then the highest. The water level will rise, then you'll be able to get out. Cross the bridge, and step on the first block. Your task is to navigate through this invisible maze. If you are approaching a wrong tile, a wall either comes up, or that tile turns red. If you have any problem, read this ultimate route guide, where North means you are going towards the pyramid. Also the first step is counted from where you spawn if you die.

Once you are through, use Play on the statue, then be on the lookout for puprle receivers throughout the temple. You'll need to redirect corrupt beam there to activate them. The task from now on should be easy: Redirect the corrupt beam, activate the receivers and use Play on the redirector crystals. Once you have lowered the temple enough, you'll be able to rotate the Play-able corrupt beam source back, and it should unlock the soul. Touch it.
Corrupt Warzone - Body Count
Where to find?

Down in the bunker, there was a huge room with a glass room in it. Look up, and trace the pipes to a Destroy-able electricity box. Destroy it, the glass will drop, and you will be able to teleport.


You will spawn in one room with the soul. However in order to get it, you'll have to redirect Corrupt beams to the folded hands. Leave the room, and peek to the right. You'll see a turret. Using Play, open the box, and use Destroy on its fuse. There are 2 more turrets, and they'll shoot you, if you get close. Destroy them as you did with the first, then follow the Corrupt beam. Don't Phase or use Play on any objects besides the turrets, because the path is already clear to the beam. Redirect the beam to the folded hands, and touch the soul.
Corrupt Beach - Belly of the Beast
Where to find?

At the right end of the second island (use the map in the lighthouse for orientation), there is a small raft. You can use Play on it, then you can approach it and enter the Corrupt portal.


The first part of this level is a parkour challenge, but be careful! Some boards start to sink into the water as soon as you are on them, and after a few moments, a Corrupt Shark will come and eat you! On the first sinking board, try to keep at its left side, then on the second sinking board, kepp on its right side, but jump halfway to the board on the left. Then jump to the board in front of you, and you should be through.

Use Play on the redirector crystals to set them in place for the beam. Watch out! There is one redirector crystal, which needs to be used Play on, until it disappears into the water. You have to use all other redirectors!

If you did everything right, you should be able to redirect the Corrupt beam in the ship, and unlock the soul. Touch it.
Corrupt Museum - Jurassic Embark
Where to find?

Right where you spawn. In front of you, there is a really wide painting, which is actually non-blocking. Go through it, and enter the portal.


This is a chase map. A huge Corrupt dinosaur is chasing you, while you have to utilize all of your powers. After a while, you'll get to a door, which is closed. Look a bit up, and behind you, you'll see the receiver. Redirect the Corrupt beam there, and continue the level.

After you are done with the lava parkour part, you'll find yourself at the soul. Redirect the beam, and the hands wil reveal the soul. Touch it.

Corrupt Ice Palace - Deep Freeze
Where to find?

Look left from spawn. You'll see a few ice cubes. Use Destroy on them, and enter the portal.


This corrupt level plays in a warehouse. You start in a container, and you have to get through a maze. The directions: Open the door, which has an arrow on it. Go straight on, until you reach a really narrow place. Open the container to the right. Use Destroy on the door before you, then open the far right door. The next container will be diagonally to the left. Go through it, open the door, and turn left. Go around the container, take the left path, then turn left again Go straight on, exit from the container, then open the container on the far left. If you did it right, once you exit from it, you should see the stairs.

Go up, and along the catwalk. Open the container to the right. You should now see the Corrupt Beam Source. Open the door, where it points, and you should see a Redirector. Open the door to the left, look up and use Play on the magnetic lifting machine. Enter the container. You should see another Redirector. Open all doors you can, and leave the container through the right door. Look left. You should see a little gap. Jump there, and turn to the left. Open the container, go through it, and open the left front door. Look right, use Destroy on the debris. From now on, you have to choices: 1. Try to jump there (it's easy, just run and jump) 2. Go back to the second Redirector. drop down to the container below, and go to the end of the Corrupt Beam. Turn around, look up to the right, and you will see the Folded Hands. Use Corrupt, and redirect the beam.

Now you'll just have to get up there. Look to the left. You should see a container, which is tilted. Go there, climb it, then go around the magnetic head, turn right, and you should see the soul. Touch it.
Corrupt Hospital - Dead Memories
Where to find?

Once you get out from the morgue, go down on the left hallway. After a turn to the right, you'll see a closed double-door. Open it, and run through the hallway. You should see the Corrupt Cube at the end of the hallway.


The first part is a classic game of "Simon Says". Use Destroy on the bonfire to see the code, and shoot the correct fireplace to advance. Their color might be a bit confusing, so here is a little help: It should be easy to find the red one. Once you have found it, use this pattern (it's always the same): Red -> Blue -> Green -> Yellow. As of the current build, the puzzle is scripted, so the code is always the same. Solution: 1st - RBYG, 2nd - RYGB, 3rd - RGYBGR, 4th - RBGYBGYR.

The second part is about redirecting the Corrupt Beam. De-phase and Destroy the two blocking things, and starting from the source, here is the solution about the blocks, which can come in contact with the beam: 1st - Up, 2nd - Down, 3rd - Up. Leave the rest. If you did it right, the Corrupt Beam should be directed towards the floor. Redirect it with your Corrupt Power and open the Hands. Touch the soul.
Corrupt University - School's In
Where to find?

Just when you exit the plane. When you are standing on the door, look up to the left. You should see a lever. Climb the ladder, and pull it. Look a bit to the left through the window. You should see, that the door to that area is now open. Run there, because the door has a time limit for staying open. Drop down to the dry pool, and enter the Corrupt Portal.


When you spawn, you'll see a monitor. It has some numbers, and mathematical symbols. To your right, there is a keyboard, and to your left, there is a phone, with a number and a grid of letters and numbers. Your task is that using the phone, decode which number means which letter, and complete the equation. Solution: 1st - soul, 2nd - axiom, 3rd - elysia.

Once you are done, the server door to your right will open. Go there. Jump onto the 5 ribbed thing, turn left and head for the thing, which will boost you up. From this point, the route should be pretty straightforward. Get into the little hole, and travel through the slide.

The final puzzle will feature yet again some Corrupt Beam redirecting. There are 4 pillars, which you can use with Play. 2 on top, 2 on bottom. Leave everything down, except the one in the top right corner. It is the only one, which should get in contact with the Corrupt Beam. Then rise the pillar on the bottom right, redirect the beam with your Corrupt Power to the Folded Hands, leave the pillar, rise the other one, and jump down to the soul. Touch it.
Corrupt Mansion - Most Haunted, Crowmageddon
Where to find?

Remember the secret room with the code "2032" in it? The one that you could access after completing the fireplace puzzle? There is a room in it at the far left. That's where you'll find the Corrupt Cube.


I can't provide too much of a guidance here, because the solution of this level is pretty trivial. In the first part, you need to get onto a lift, and with using Play, make a way for it. Once you are up at the top of the tower, comes a (for some people) frustrating part.

You will be attacked by a swarm of crows, when you flip the switch in the middle. There are two types of them: Black and orange. You can De-phase the black ones and Destroy the orange ones. I'd suggest you to go for Destroy-ing the orange ones, because they can follow you, while the black ones just choose a spot for impact. In Soul Axiom, you can't run and use your powers at the same time, so never run. Plan a circular path and stay on it.

Crowmageddon
Do this part of the level without dying even once.

After a while, the Corrupt Beam will come down enough, so the Folded Hands will open. Touch the soul.

Corrupt Space Station - Lost In Space
Where to find?

On Medics, where you got the blue keycard, there is a round in the middle with the Corrupt Cube in it.


The first part is a parkour puzzle with gears. You have to find the launchpad, which is always a bit below you. You'll need to Phase a gear, or De-Phase a cube, then Re-Phase it to access the launchpad, even more, once you have to get to the edge of a circle to reach the next launchpad.

The next part features Corrupt Beam redirection again. This should be pretty self-explanatory. The innermost planet is already in contact with the beam, so all you have to do is align the remaining planets (from innermost to outermost), so they always redirect the Corrupt Beam. If you did it right, you will be able to use your Corrupt Power on the hands, which hold the soul. Touch the soul.
Corrupt Church - Hung Parliament
Where to find?

When you solve the statue puzzle, and the gates open, look to the right just as you cross them. However this cube is blocked by a little puzzle. In front of the cube, there is a demon statue, and there are some symbols engraved on it. To the left, there are 3 statues. Your task is to input the correct combination. Solution: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Once you input the code, the glass wall will come down, and you will be able to access the Corrupt Cube.


Use Play on the wall, until the top middle Redirector comes in contact with the Corrupt Beam. After a while, you will be able to use your Corrupt Power to redirect it to a Receiver. The puzzle transforms.

Use Play on the wall, until the middle Redirector comes in contact with the Corrupt Beam. Use Play on the platform you are standing on. After a while, you will be able to redirect the beam with your Corrupt Power. The puzzle transforms yet again.

Now you will see a lot of Redirectors in a ring. Your task is now to redirect the beam to open the Folded Hands. As the Corrupt Beam Source descends and spins, nothing is Play-able. However it will unlock the first tier of moving Rotators soon enough. After that, unlock the second tier of the rotating Redirectors. Now you can try to unlock the soul. The final solution is to redirect the beam to the Redirector opposite of the Folded Hands, and with Play, transport yourself to the Folded Hands. The beam should connect, and you should be able to use Corrupt. Touch the soul.
Corrupt Apartment - Apartment Blocked, 10,000 BC
Where to find?

When you can leave your apartment, there will be a blue envelope titled INVITE. Interact with it, and go back to the apartment. On the boxes to the right, you will see a dinosaur statue. Time travel, until the "Reset Paradox", and you will be transported to the Prehistoric Era. Once you get there, you'll get the
10,000 BC
achievement. Look behind you, and you'll find the Corrupt Cube too.

There is absolutely nothing to explain on this level. Destroy the orange buildings, and free the way for the Corrupt Beam, then redirect it with your Corrupt Power to open the Folded Hands. Touch the soul.
Corrupt Winter HQ - Winter Has Come, Rush Hour
Where to find?

On the Soul Sync platform (left from spawn), you'll find the Corrupt Cube.


You'll mainly use the Phase Power on this level. You'll spawn in a train. De-Phase the crystal in front of you, then Phase the platform to your left. Cross it. From the next train, look right, and De-Phase the crystal (and Phase the platform). Cross it, then use the launchpad. On the third train, go for the second launchpad. Use Destroy on the top of the train, fall into the cart, Look out at the doors. Look down and to the left. De-Phase the crystal. Cross the platform, and use Destroy on the door. Redirect the Corrupt Beam. The train have now stopped. Look right and behind you. De-Phase the crystal. Walk up on the platform, turn around and go to the launchpad.

You have now fell down to another train below you. De-Phase the crystal and use Play on the top of the train. Go out to the platform on the right, then look right. Under the train, there is a crystal. De-Phase it, go up on the platform, then use Play on the train before you. Jump to it, and go to its front. Redirect the Corrupt Beam with your Corrupt Power, then if you look to the left, you will see another train, but it has the Folded Hands on it. Open them up, then go to the back of train you are on. Look at the back of the train next to you, and De-Phase the crystal. Cross the platform and touch the soul.

Rush Hour
Complete the level without dying even once. You will see that there are signs, which instakill you, however you can pass them if you crouch. Don't rush anything, and you will eventually succeed.
---Chapter 6 -- The Office---
The HUB - Visitation Rights
When you get back to the HUB, you will see that the Central Visitation Portal is now fully powered. Go there and interact with it.

Visitation Rights
If you have completed all corrupt levels and gathered all PEMOs, this achievement will pop.
Waiting Room - Killing Time
When you arrive, Strazh's voice will talk to you. After a while, the curtains on your left will rise, and you have to choose the ending. Depending on the completed Corrupt levels, you will have 1,2 or 3 endings to choose from.

Don't worry! You will always return to the HUB after completing an ending, so you can come back here, and choose another
The Office - Power Meeting, Ouroboros
Independently from which ending you choose, you spawn in the Office. This level has 2 achievements, which aren't tied to only one specific event.

Power meeting
is awarded, when you complete any ending.

Ouroboros
is awarded, when you complete all 3 endings. This will trigger an extra cutscene.
Solomon's Ending - Resurrection
You spawn in the Office. Run to the desk, and a cutscene will trigger. After that, an angel will come and attack you. This is the bossfight! The angel has 3 attack patterns, 2 harmful and 1 unharmful. 1. She tries to throw something at you - You can easily dodge this even without running, 2. - She screams at you - unharmful, you just get pushed back, 3. - A blue beam spawns from her palms, which devastates everything, even covers - Find cover, or run close to her and to the left. She will pull up her arms, and the beam will not hurt you.

When she has a yellow glow, use Destroy on her. If you did it right, she will have a purple shield. Look around you. There will be a Play-able statue and a De-Phasable wall. Move the statue, De-Phase the wall, and a Corrupt Beam will come out. Use your Corrupt Power on her shield, and redo this process, until she dies.

After the fight, touch her soul.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed Soul Axiom!
Davies' Ending - Vengeance, Hell Hath No Fury..., Hell's Angel
You spawn in the Office. Run to the desk and a cutscene will trigger. Interact with Strazh and kill her. After that, an angel will come and attack you. This is the bossfight! The angel has 3 attack patterns, 2 harmful and 1 unharmful. 1. She tries to throw something at you - You can easily dodge this even without running, 2. - She screams at you - unharmful, you just get pushed back, 3. - A blue beam spawns from her palms, which devastates everything, even covers - Find cover, or run close to her and to the left. She will pull up her arms, and the beam will not hurt you.

You will awake on a ship. But hey, this ship looks familiar, doesn't it? Go down, activate the generator, then get back to the deck. To the right, there will be some Play-able boxes. Climb them, then push the big box, then let it slide back. Go up the stairs, and start arming the turret. After you interacted with the computer twice, use Play on the turret and let it shoot the angel. You have to do this 3 times. After that, interact with the machine one last time. The turret is now automatic. It will freeze the angel, and you just have to shoot her a few times. When she got enough, a Corrupt Beam will spawn. Go there, and redirect it towards the angel using your Corrupt Power.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed Soul Axiom!

Hell's Angel
Complete the Ship section without dying even once. This is a bit hard, because if you don't move constantly, the angel's attacks will kill you. So be always on the move, and while the turret arms itself, use it as cover. It's indestructible, so have no fear.
Dana's Ending - Acceptance
You spawn in the Office. Run to the desk, and a cutscene will trigger. After that, an angel will come and attack you. This is the bossfight! The angel has 3 attack patterns, 2 harmful and 1 unharmful. 1. From what I can tell only Dana's ending is different in Rebooted, just no bossfight

If you do get around to buying and playing the remake, there's not a lot you would have to edit in the guide, this was very useful thanks.

For anyone coming here for help, certain sections have been completely changed, endings specifically have major sections added after this guide (and any video on youtube) was made. i ended up finding the endings covered here though https://www.trueachievements.com/game/Soul-Axiom/walkthrough/8

FYI: For Rebooted, at least in the University level, the game can bug out and not spawn the lever, or spawn you in a position where you drop outside the room, requiring a full restart of the game. I had the former happen several times, and the latter happen after restarting the game.

Don't know if this was a glitch or what, but I just finished the 3 endings. I was missing 3 trophies. Crowmageddon, Time Flies & Hell's Angel. So, I decided to try to get them. When I went to fight the crows, they didn't appear. The music was going & the corruption "timer" was going & when it reached the end, the trophy popped. My guess is that since I killed the crows already, they didn't come back. Anyway, just posting this for the people who didn't get the trophy & want a quick way to get it.

Thanks for an excellent guide! Hope you add the new levels soon since I'm currently stuck on Davies level. Got the purple lasers going (ending on the balcony) but I haven't seen a corruption node to destroy. Also haven't been able to open the door to apartment 24.
