Introduction to the Berserker
The Berserker is a sub-class to the Warrior that is unlocked either by purchasing for 20 tickets, or completing 3 quests that are required to unlock (viewed when you go to select the class and press X on the locked screen).

This class trades defence for more power and has the ability to dual wield weapons, giving this class more versatility in attack strengths compared to the more defensive and default Warrior class.

Upon trying this class out, many players usually just default to using one skill for any situation, Double Spinning Blade, a Berserker exclusive. However, as this guide will explain (and you may have seen it in-game before), using just one skill is a sure fire way to get yourself killed very quickly as the Berserker, especially against a warrior who knows what they're doing.

This guide will explain the different tips and tricks that may help you win more engagements as the Berserker.
Basics and Skills
Like the Warrior, the Berserker has a set of skills to help overcome opponents, however, some warrior skills will be avaliable for the Berserker to use, such as Charged Attack and Smash. Since the Berserker focuses more on attack than defense, most of the skills are attack focused and rarely defense focused. However, depending on how you use them they can become defense skills too.
The Berserkers guard is also much weaker than a warriors or clerics shield, but can be useful for escaping bad situations, or luring out attacks of your enemies. The Berserker can also uppercut, but the recovery time is slightly increased compared to the warrior.

Berserker Exclusive Skills

Double Spinning Blade

Double Spinning Blade is a skill in which your character spins around with both their weapons to damage any enemies that happen to get hit or caught in it. Unlike the Warriors version of Spinning Blade, Double Spinning Blade allows the player to control their movement while they spin, however, this comes at the cost of range and Damage per hit is slightly reduced compared to the Warrior spinning blade, but due to the rate it hits players, it can quickly make up for the slightly reduced damage, especially with powerful buffs like Ambush attack up and class Slayers. It is also possible to trap players into walls and other obsticles until they die (as long as you have enough AP). This skill can be used in a variety of ways, from cutting through groups of players to defending objectives like the Big Tower by spinning around it.

The big mistake that most players tend to make is spinning into a warriors shield. This is a sure fire way to get you killed in a fight vs a warrior who knows what they're doing, since they can just guard attack you to death while you deal little to no damage to them. You can do some damage vs low level shields or classes without recovery, but it's not recommended to just keep spinning, if they have their shields up, back off and wait for them to lower their guard.

Double Tomahawk

Double Tomahawk is a skill where your character throws both of their weapons in the direction you're facing, and after a short period, will fly back to your character. This skill is great for getting behind a shield as the weapons can hit your opponents from behind when they fly back to you. The Effects of your weapons may also go off if they hit an opponent while in the air, such as smash effect, KO effect or Stun. Enchantments may also go off, but only Lightning and Ice are affected by the skill. While performing this skill, your character is frozen on the spot and will not be able to move until your weapons return to you or you get hit.

This skill is great for knocking people off thin bridges like the ones seen in Desert or Pumpkin (the whole middle area is full of tiny bridges) as if the weapons hit opponents they will be staggered usually to either left or right. Using this skill in a bad spot may get you killed, so make sure to try and not spam it, and aim well.

Berserk

Berserk is another varient of the roar skill for Warriors, in which your character lets out a shout staggering anyone who gets hit by it. The main difference is that instead of only stunning opponents (Warriors Roar), Berserk staggers people and increases your HP and AP recovery while also boosting your damage for a very short time. This is useful if you've recently been hurt and need to quickly recover. However, find a safe area to do this as, just like roar, you're stuck in place while you perform this skill.
If you can keep a good amount of HP and AP while using this skill over and over, it will seem pretty difficult for your opponents to take you down unless they catch you while activating the skill, or doing enough damage to take you out quickly (which remember, the berserker lacks defense).
Exclusive Team skill
The only exclusive teamskill the Berserker has is called Multiple Missle, which allows anyone who joins the teamskill to launch a warriors rocketman all at once. This can be pretty devestating in small areas or vs the gate.

This teamskill requires at least 2 other players to be able to launch it. Using this to clear out the enemy castle is a good tactic.
Tips, Tricks and Notes
Here are some things that can help you out when playing as a berserker, or that you may not have known before.

Berserkers double hit dash attack

The berserkers dash attack is a little bit different compared to the Warriors. The Warriors dash attack can only hit a player once. However, as the berserker, if you hit a player dead on, you can hit them twice and extend the distance they are staggered slightly, which is nice for continuing combos.

Differences between equipping weapons in the left or right hand

Having a weapon equipped in the left or right hand makes a pretty big difference. As the left hand will always swing first, but disenchanting will use the right hands enchant (even if you have an enchant on both weapons). So put effects like smash effect on your left hand to make sure to proc it first and enable combos.

Berserkers last attack

Something that people seem to dismiss is the strength of the Berserkers last attack (when using the normal attack). When the berserker slams both of his weapons down, if it hits an opponent it will count as a smash effect attack, sending opponents a short distance in the air, or staggering them if they're guarding. This is useful if you catch someone hiding in the corner with their shield up (wait until your last attack, then try to hit them and immediatly double spinning blade to trap them in the corner after staggering them), or you have smash effect on both hands (you can do some insane combos with this).

Berserkers slightly altered rapid stab

This move still isn't actually useful, but something to note, that on a berserker the rapid stab will actually use both weapons in the attack, your character will start stabbing with their left hand, but will finish with their right (for the last hit).

Double Spinning Blade recovery animation cancel

This is a pretty big one, however, I have a video performing this and explaining how to do it.

Skill recovery

From what I've noticed, using skills like Smash and charged attack with the berserker have a slightly shorter recovery time, allowing you to hit a little sooner after using them. Which is great for combos.

Quick Tapping as Berserker

Quick tapping still works as Berserker, but you may have to wait till the animation goes through a little longer than Warriors version of it. But it's very useful either way.

Double Spinning Blade on gates and other destroyable objects

Double spinning blade does not work very well on objects you can destroy, such as barriers, castle gates, walls, turrets etc.
One last thing...
For any new Berserkers out there...DO NOT keep spinning into shields. This is literally asking to die.

And that's basically the end of this guide! Hope you enjoyed and learned some stuff (since that's the point).
