There are various ways to find a Floating Island in Terraria, like map hacks, Wings in Hardmode, gravity potions if you have many of them and a lot of patience, skybridges if you like to waste your time filling your world with ugly stuff, and so on.

Here I'm going to show you the best method to easily find Floating Islands in Terraria in no time, at least in my hopinion: it's pre-Hardmode, it's kind of cheap, it's considerably fast, and it also works great at night. All you need is a long-range weapon like a Musket or The Undertaker, and some Meteor Shot to fire in the sky until they hit a Floating Island, so they can bounce back on the ground. So Meteor Balls are the key for this strategy, and to craft 70 of them you need 70 Musket Balls (you can buy them from the Arms Dealer) and a Meteorite Bar (you can craft one with 3 Meteorite Ore).

Esistono tanti modi per rintracciare le isole fluttuanti, dalle hack alle gravity potions, dagli skybridge alle ali che però potrete ottenere solo una volta entrati nell'Hardmode.

Nel video vi mostro quello che secondo me è il metodo migliore: lo potete usare prima di avere le ali, è abbastanza rapido ed economico, e funziona benissimo anche di notte. Avrete bisogno di un'arma da fuoco come il Musket o The Undertaker,  e diversi Meteor Shot da sparare. Potete craftarne 70 su un'incudine con 70 Musket Ball acquistabili dal venditore di armi, e una Meteorite Bar.

Il segreto sta nel posizionare il mouse poco davanti al vostro personaggio, quindi sparate e camminate in avanti finché non noterete i proiettili rimbalzare indietro: questo vuol dire che hanno urtato un'isola fluttuante, rimbalzando su di essa e cadendo al suolo.

A 1:46 vi mostro anche come creo velocemente un elevatore per raggiungere subito l'isola.
