Points Output

Alright this is just a short guide to show you what points each equipment gives since I'm an idiot and keep messing it up at first. Sorry if I messed up some names of the gym equipments I just searched them up since I live in my room, play games all day and never work out. Cheers.

Strength - Increases the damage of all your hits. Also, increases energy consumption during the fight.

Agility - Increases your accuracy and chances to avoid enemy attacks.
Stamina - Increases energy regeneration during the fight. Also, increases your damage absorption.

(1) Speedbag - Only gives Agility

(2) Punchbag - Gives 2 points per point income, with one guaranteed Agility and the other Strength (50%) or Stamina (50%)

(3) Treadmill - Only gives Stamina points

(4) Bench Press- Only gives Strength points

(5) Weighted dips - Only gives Strength points

(6) Barbell Squats - Gives around the same amount of Strength (Around 60%) and Stamina (40%)

(7) Hammer slams - Give 2 or 3 points mostly. Grants one point for each stat if drops 3 points. If it drops 2 points there will be a guaranteed Stamina point and the other slightly higher chance to get Agility (Around 60%) or Strength (Around 40%).

(8) Jumping Rope - Drops 1 or 2 points. One Agility and Stamina if 2 points were dropped. Around 80% chance of Agility point over Stamina (20%) if only one point was given.

Thanks man useful guide but.... come on. It's a game about lifting weights, getting jacked and boxing.

(1) Speedbag (Boxing Punchbag)

(2) Heavy Bag/Punching Bag (Punchbag)

(3) Treadmill (Yup.)

(4) Bench Press (...Weightlift? Dude.)

(5) Dip Bars (Those are weird looking.)

(6) Barbell Squats (I literally have never lifted anything horizontally in my life. Neither has anyone. Because gravity doesn't work that way.)

(7) Smack the Tire with a Sledgehammer (Actually "wire hammering" is just as good. I have no idea what this is either.)

(8) Jumping Rope (Nailed it)

Liftstrong.
