All you need to do to get it working is Hire all necesary staff and get a big intake of Fresh Prisoners.

@SeanLee you need to load the prison in non escape mode, hire in staff and get some prisoners in. Then save it to you computer before attempting escape mode

i've been wating at least 1 hour on full speed and no cop come and take me in

this is so fun with escape mode when fully staffed and with some modifications
sneak into the lower armory and shoot up the place and start a riot and riotguards opening fire on you with smgs.

I wouldnt reccomend doing escape mode with how the Prison is on the workshop, once it is filled with Staff/Prisoners it is good fun for escape mode.

That was the idea, switches, segregated and divided off segments. Riots are very controllabe, it's based off of many modern Prisons.
