Secrets in Some TTT Minecraft Maps

Hey people!

This is just a small guide for a couple of secrets in a couple of minecraft maps. I'm sure all of these are already out there, but I thought I might as well make it a little easier for people to find them. Enjoy!

ttt_minecraft_b5 diamond blocks

There are many places around the map that diamond blocks will spawn, which spawn randomly, except some more frequently than others.

1. The first one is right on top of the furnace, where you put the blocks once you find them.

2. The second one is on the backside of the traitor room (not the one in water).

3. The next one is at the very back of the little river behind the nether portal. It is hard to see.

4. This one is in the wall, next to the little puddle that turns into lava. Crowbar it 3 times to pop it out.

5. This diamond block is behind the first tree that is to the left of the traitor tester.

6. This next one is in the cave that you make from the crowbar-able diamond block. It is off on a ledge over the water.

7. This one is also in the same cave, and it is behind the torch.

8. The next one is on the ledge on the opposite side of the plateau from the traitor tester.

9. This one is directly to the left of the diamond block furnace.

10. This next one is just behind the furnace, just in front of the river.

11. This one is behind the tester, down the ladder, and on the platform.

12. The next one is right inside the traitor tester, where you put the gold block.

13. This one is on top of the house that is next to the nether portal.

To get this one, you'll either need to cart surf up, or hop from the traitor tester ledge onto the trees underneath it, then from those trees to the roof of the building.

14. This next one is right below the one on the plateau ledge, right across from the one on the back of the traitor tester.

15. It is on the little island that you are facing when you first enter the nether.

16. This next one is also in the nether. It is on the little island with the glowstone block. NOTE: Two can spawn here at the same time.

17. Also in the nether, this one is directly to the right of the glowstone island.

18. This one is right where you're standing when you first enter the nether.

19. This one is in the very back right corner of the nether, behind the house, across the glowstone lamp-things, and on the big island.

20. This one is right on the center island, before the house.

21. This block is to the left of the beach, behind the tree. It is to the right of the traitor room.


Once you get all nine, and put them all in the furnace, a diamond block will fall out.

You're gonna wanna take that diamond block, and bring it up to the third floor of the tower. Once you get off the ladder, you will see a chest that says 'In the name of notch, offer the diamond block'. Just hit the diamond block to that chest, and the innocents win!

The gold blocks spawn in completely different locations from the diamond blocks, although some are very close to one another!
NOTE: Unlike the diamond blocks, gold blocks spawn in preround, so you can go hunting for it in the preround time.

1. One place they spawn is right on top of the railroad, on the little bump in the ground right before the railroad goes into the pool of water that turns into lava.

2. The next one is right behind the lighthouse, on the right side (if you're facing the entrance to the lighthouse).

3. This one is next to a diamond block location. It is right between the two trees that are to the left of the traitor tester.

4. This next one is in the little dip in the grass, to the right of the end of the river.

5. This one is on the fourth floor of the lighthouse, on top of a chest.

6. This one is near #4, except it's inside the river itself. It is a little bit upstream from the very end of the river.

7. The next one is on the second floor of the lighthouse, right in front of you when you go to that floor.

8. This next one is also in the lighthouse, but in the basement. It is to your left just after you finish walking down the stairs, on top of a chest.

9. This one is right next to #9, but a little further into the basement. It is just chilling inside the torch.

10. The last one that i could find was on the beach, at the very far right end. It is just to the right of the exit of the cave.


Again, there is a very good chance that i missed a spot or two, so if you find one, let me know!

ttt_minecraft_b5 brick blocks

The whole point of this secret is that once you put all of the bricks down, it stops the creeper-in-a-minecart traitor trap from working, because it blocks the railroad.

First you'll need to go to the nether, and into the little house. Once you press your action button on the chest, the brick & clay blocks will pop out.

Before you start taking them to the overworld, you'll need to put the clay block into the furnace on the right, so you have 3 brick blocks.

Then, you're gonna take all 3 blocks and bring them to the left of the lighthouse, where you see the bricks in the floor. If you bring them to the general area of the blocks, they'll fit themselves in.


And that's all there is to it!

ttt_minecraft_b5 minecart surfing

This is isn't so much a secret as it is a useful thing to know :)

Note: this whole thing is done with the magneto-stick.

1. Find yourself a minecart, and bring it to a ledge, with the minecart about halfway sticking off the ledge. It really doesn't matter what ledge, unless you're specifically trying to get on top of something. In that case, be as close to the thing as possible.

2. Get an ammo pickup. DO NOT ACTUALLY PUT IT IN YOUR INVENTORY, JUST PICK IT UP WITH THE MAGNETO STICK.

3. Hop on top of the minecart while holding the ammo, center yourself on the cart, crouch, and put the ammo underneath the cart. STAY CROUCHED.

4. When you're sure you're perfectly centered on the minecart and the ammo is perfectly centered underneath it, stand up. Stay facing down and centered at all times. You should find yourself flying straight upwards in the air! Congratulations, you are officially a minecart surfer. Huzzah!

THANKS TO THIS GUY rokillers FOR THE SUGGESTION

1. First you'll want to go the where the minecart is, below the traitor tester.
2. Next, go to the right of it, where you'll see two iron ores, right next to each other.

3. Crowbar each 3 times (or shoot them varying amounts of times with each weapon), and inside you'll see a cool little minecraft thing. Yay!

Go to the island where you have to hop across the glowstone lamps to get there. Look to the right wall.

Walk along the wall until you get to the very edge. Make sure you're standing on the right-most block!

Walk right in until you're standing in the lava. You'll find that you're not dead or dying! Whoa!

There are three or four fake lava blocks along the wall. If you move away from the wall, you will die. You have to stay against the wall if you want to stay alive!

Just click E, or whatever your button to open doors is to turn them blue!

1. Go to the watchtower, and it's the first torch on your left when you go into the bottom.

2. From there, go to the house next to the water. If you're going through a window, it'll be the torch directly on your right, and if you're going throught the front door it'll be the back left torch.
3. Then you need to go to the main house, and go down the ladder on your right. From there, follow the tunnel on your left, and you'll see a torch to the right of TNT, in the middle of the gravel blocks.

4. This one is underground also, but in the other tunnel. You'll want to go back up the ladder, out the front door of the house, go to your left, and down that ladder there. Then, go in the opposite direction of the traitor tester, so you'll be in the tunnel full of water with the glass overhead. Walk directly across, to where you see blocks that have various amount of cracks in them. Break the blocks and hit the first torch you see.

5. This is the last torch! Go right back to where you came from, and to the main house. In the main room, you'll see 2 torches on either sides of bookshelves. Turn the one on the right blue, and you've made it to the cake room!

Now you get the cake!

ttt_minecraftcity_v4_dark lava secret

To pick up the various pieces, just right click with the magneto stick!
You can get the 4 items in any order, it doesn't matter.

So this is where you'll be bringing all the various items you need. It's on the top of the watchtower.

1. The first item, the iron ingot, is very easy to get. Just go into the tester, and its in the tester spot on the left.

2. The ender's pearl is also very easy. You just need to go to the top of the main house, and its laying against the stacked-up chests.

3. The next one is harder to find, but easy to get. The emerald is in the water, all the way on the right side. You'll want to go to this little pocket of water sticking out, and it'll be right next to the dead creeper prop.


4. This one is also hard to find, and by far the hardest to get. I'm warning you know, you're going to die a lot picking this one up unless you are ridiculously good at it for some reason. This one is also outside the city, like the emerald. You want to go the the place where you can break the city wall, and drop into that whole in the ground.
Then you want to walk forwards a bit and turn to your left, and it'll be sticking out of the lava ever-so-slightly.

NOTE: for the lava block, you'll need to be very careful while holding it, as it can kill you or do lots of damage to you if you touch it. The way I did it was crouch-walking backwards up ladders, and just walking backwards across the grass.

Have fun flooding the city with lava and scaring the crap out of everyone playing!


NOTE 2: the lava will kill anyone who touches it, so be careful that if you're an innocent and you're doing it, that no one dies, because it's still RDM.

ttt_minecraftcity_v4_dark enderman secret

All you need to do to interact with the enderman is to run right into them.

1. The first enderman is right in the pigpen, right outside the watchtower and traitor room.

2. The second one is near the boathouse, next to the ladder that'll bring you inside the wall. It is also next to the emerald for the lava secret.

3. The next one is to the right of the main house, in the corner behind the benches.

4. The fourth is under the main road. If you break one of the glass squares and drop through, you'll see it standing against one of the walls.

5. The second to last one is outside the wall, on the literal opposite side of the map from the water. That sounds confusing, I know :). Better explanation if you need it:
5a. Walk to where the "entrance" to the map is (the door you can't actually walk through).

5b. Turn around so your back is to it. Then walk to your right OUTSIDE THE WALL, around the wall, and it'll be on your right.
6. The last one is very easy. Just go to the roof of the main house, and walk to the far right corner from where the ladder is.


Once you touch the last enderman, loads of endermen will appear in the distance outside the playable map, all around it.
NOTE: this secret is completely aesthetic! you can't actually interact with any endermen other than the six i just told you about.

ttt_minecraftcity_v4 & _dark various secrets

DEFUSER (both maps)

1. Go into the main house and down the ladder on the right. Then go down the next ladder on the left. There are two passages on the right, and one going straight. Go into the second right, and you'll see a wall full of regular or mossy cobblestone. Every single block on this wall is breakable.

2. Once you break into the room, you'll that on top of the chest in the back is a defuser!


TRAITOR ROOM ENTRANCE (dark only)

1. Go to the pig pen, which is right outside the wall, next to the watchtower. If you walk over to the boundary of the map from the pig pen, then turn right, you'll see a little red mushroom hiding.
2. Click e/whatever your action button is on the mushroom and the traitor room door will open up!

ttt_skycraftfinal tester torches

NOTE: You can get these 3 redstone torches in any order, as long as you get all 3 of them!
To activate the torches, click E (or whatever your action button is) on the little button below the torch.

1. The first one is in the lighthouse. After you walk in the front door, you'll want to walk down that passage to the right of the stairs and take your first right. The torch will be on the wall to your right.

2. The next one is on the opposite side of the map, in that little passage under the tallest mountain. It is on your right, a couple steps in (in the screenshot i walked past it and turned around).

3. The last torch is 2 houses down from the previous torch, in the house that's in between the barn and the diamond-block-house. You need to walk in and take the ladder to the second floor, then turn around. It is in the back left corner.

Now you can use the traitor tester, located behind the barn!

ttt_skycraftfinal cake room secret

Cake rooms seem to be popular in minecraft maps :)

1. First off you want to go to the top of the lighthouse/tower thing, where there's a railing. Walk around for a bit until you find a pickaxe.

2. Take the pickaxe across the map to the house on the opposite side of the map from the tower. Inside is a single room, and if you look at the ceiling, there are cobblestone blocks with the regular stone blocks. Touch the pickaxe to the cobblestone to drop a diamond block.
3. Take that diamond block straight back to the tower, to the bottom of the stairs where you went up to the pickaxe. To the left of the stairs is a crafting table. Just touch the block to the crafting table to get a key.

4. Take that key to the closest building to the tower, the barn. In one of the stalls on the first floor is an ender's eye. Make sure you are completely in the stall before doing this next step!
5. Once you are in the stall, just touch the key to the ender's eye and you'll be transported to the cake room! In here are weapons, ammo, and CAKE! Yay!
NOTE: You are only here for about 10 seconds! After ~10 seconds (not exactly sure on the time) you will be transported back to the stall.


NOTE: If you have more than 1 person in the stall, you'll all get stuck together when you get teleported, and won't actually be able to move at all. If you're lucky, you might be able to fit one other person with yourself and you maybe won't get stuck!

ttt_mc_skyislands library secret

This is a fun way to kill a lot of people in a short amount of time. It's like a jihad mod built into the map ;)

1. First you'll want to go to the main town area of the map, where the fountain is.

2. Next you have to follow the path to the right of the fountain, and you can see a library chilling by itself at the end of the path.

3. Go inside, and you'll see the floating book, just like in actual minecraft.

WARNING: next part is awesome :)
4. If you hit the book with a crowbar, it'll start glowing for a few seconds, and then the whole library will explode! Everyone inside will die an instantaneous, excruciationg death! :D

And if you happen to kill other people with the explosion, don't worry about getting karma banned. It counts as dying from a collision with a physics prop.


sidenote: if you can run out of the building in time, you can kill everyone in it, but stay alive yourself.
sidenote 2: I've tricked so many people into dying in that building, it never gets old hahahaha

ttt_mc_skyislands music box

THANKS (yet again) TO THIS GUY rokillers FOR THE SUGGESTION! You're awesome! :)

1. First off, find your way to the house with the chimney.

2. Go inside, and walk to your left. You'll see a set of stairs going up, and a set of stairs going down. Go all the way down.

3. At the very bottom, you'll see this floating section of stone blocks. Follow the path.

4. As you get up, it'll get increasingly dark. At some point, on your left will be a ton of cobblestone, and there will be a hole in it. Go into the hole.

5. In the back corner, there's a solitary chest. Open the chest by clicking your action button (default 'e')

6. Take out your magneto stick, and right-click on what's inside. You will now be carrying a vinyl record.

7. Backtrack all the way back to the main house with the chimney. On the main floor, you'll see a music box. Touch the record to the box, the record will disappear, and music will start playing. Yay!
