Ascension Zombies Matryoshka Dolls Easter Egg

A comprehensive guide to the locations of the 4 character Matryoshka dolls located in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies map Ascension.

Intro

The Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies map Ascension features four Matryoshka dolls (resembling the four original zombies characters Tank, Nicolai, Richtoffen, and Takeo) hidden throughout the map. Finding them and activating them by pressing the "use" key will cause the doll to say something, based on which doll was activated and by what character. After the doll is finished talking, the character will usually reply by saying something reflecting their opinion of whatever character the doll represents.

Tank Dempsey

The Tank Dempsey matryoshka doll is located in the vicinity of Lander C on top of some barrels directly adjacent to the Claymore wall-buy.

Dr. Edward Richtoffen

The Richtoffen doll is located in the first floor room 180 degrees across from the fragment of a Soyuz rocket that has fallen on the wall and partially crushed it. You will find the doll on a table on the right side, illuminated by a flashlight. Hard to miss

Takeo Masaki

The Takeo doll is located in the vicinity of Lander Д, in the small alcove off to the right. The doll is on a shelf immediately to the left of the Ph.D. Flopper perk machine.

Nikolai Belinksy

The Nicolai doll is located in the vicinity of Lander Б just as you reach the top of the flight of stairs leading to it. You will find the doll on top of some electronic control boxes directly to the left of the Speed Cola perk machine.
