Aalesund City Map

This is a map I made of my home town, Aalesund (Ålesund), Norway.

No mods or assets required.

The only thing missing in this map is a railroad connection, as this does not exist here in reality. I made plenty of farmland on the flatter areas, and plenty of ore around the mountains. There are only two spots with oil, in remote locations, and even though most of the area is covered with trees, there are no really good forests. This will no doubt be a hard map to play, but I hope it is enjoyable.

- Suitable area for building: 28%
- The playable map only consists of about half the area that is our city region.
- I guesstimate that rougly 20-30k people live on the playable part of this map in real life.
- Aalesund is known as "the city on the seven islands".
