The file "charactersPortraits0.xnb" should be placed in:
Steam > steamapps > Common > Speedrunners > Content > UI > MultiplayerMenu > Lobby

All the other files should be placed here:
Steam > steamapps > common > SpeedRunners > Content > Characters > Cosmonaut

BE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR SPEEDRUNNERS FOLDER! So you don't need to download the game again every time you install a mod. ;)

Well, i tried 6 times, and it didn't work. However, some characters were glitchy.
I know this is old, but i thought this still work.

Yeah, some of my friends had the same issue, but most of the people got it installed. I don't have a fix atm, but I'll try something to fix it.
