(OUTDATED) Game not start/Intel HD Graphics/NVIDIA fix & Graphics settings(EN/PT-BR)

This is to help people out with having better performance with the game without destroying it (too much) and to fix those "Oh damn, game doesn't start."
Read the changelog for updates.

Isto é para as pessoas que querem melhorar a performance do PAYDAY 2 sem destruir ele (demais) e arrumar o problema do jogo "Puts, não quer iniciar."

Crash/Game not starting Fix.

Intel HD Graphics/Rare Case Fix/NVIDIA/Black screen(NEW)

Download the d3d9 ZIP from this link[www.nexusmods.com] and extract the d3d9.dll to the PAYDAY 2 root folder. (AKA c:/program files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/PAYDAY 2 )
This should fix your problem for not starting the game.(I know the page is Fallout 3 but it still works.

For NVIDIA get this[modsreloaded.com] one.

Black screen: Delete renderer_settings and remove retextures.

Modding and/or Old Player fix

1.Delete IPHLAPI.dll. It's on PAYDAY 2 Root Folder, if it isn't, ignore.

2.If you're a HoxHud user, download the latest version here.

3.Since the Black Market Update, the old BLT doesn't work anymore, download the new one here[paydaymods.com].

4.Uninstall mods until you find the culprit. Keep the mods up-to-date.

Press WIndows + R and write: %appdata%

Press on AppData to go back a folder and go to Local

Create a folder called PAYDAY 2 if it's not here already.

Create a notepad and paste the code below in it.

Save as, the type of archive is all types, save as renderer_settings.xml

Windows will generate a new file in the the folder, you can now delete the notepad one.

[PT-BR]Consertando o crash

Baixe o arquivo disponível nessa[en.dll-files.com] página (d3d9) e coloque dentro da pasta do PAYDAY 2.
O que está DENTRO do .rar, não o que tu baixou em si. (Pasta raiz: C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/PAYDAY 2 )
O problema de não iniciar ou crashar já deve ter sido "consertado".

1.Aperte Windows + R e escreva %appdata%.

2.Crie uma pasta chamada PAYDAY 2 se não tiver uma.

3.Crie um bloco de notas se não tiver um renderer_settings.xml (Se tiver, pule pro 5)

4. No bloco de notas, copie e cole o código abaixo(E se entender, mexa um pouco á seu gosto.)

5. Se o renderer_settings.xml já tava na pasta, edite e siga o passo 4.

6. Arquivo/Salve Como...(Se não tiver editando o renderer_settings.xml)
Deixe Todos os tipos de Arquivos e o nome como renderer_settings.xml, dai, será gerado um XML com o esse nome, ai tu pode deletar o bloco de notas.

intel 4000 hd and/or core i3 users

this section will now have mods from lemons cats who helped me a lot but you have to put a mod_override in your payday 2 assets folder thats is what you need for this mods and blt for one

there and before i forget to install blt put the mods folder you in the blt folder and put it payday 2 folder.

WARNING: I know everything in the menu looks like a shadow, i'm looking for a fix, but if someone can make a mod to remove it, I would be glad to add to this guide.

OBS: Eu sei que no menu tudo parece uma sombra, mas estou procurando o problema.

Temp fix: put dynamic lights very low or remove them in renderer_settings.
