This here will replace the SI attack music and the game over tracks with the music from Splatoon! Here's a list of what's included:

Grabbed By Smoker Tounge: Boss (Phase 1)
Spitter's Spit: OctoBomber Level
Boomer's Puke: Octoling Level (Kettle Entrance)
Smoker Attack: Boss (Phase 3)
In Spitter's Goo: OctoBomber Level (Final Checkpoint)
Hunter Attack: Octoling Level
Charger Attack: DJ Octavio (Phase 2; Tennis Bomb Phase)
Jockey Attack: Boss (Phase 2)
Level Complete (L4D1): Single Player Mission Cleared
Level Complete (L4D2): Multiplayer Win
Tank Theme: DJ Octavio (Phase 1)
Taank Theme: DJ Octavio (Phase 3)
You Died (Both L4D1 & L4D2): Boss Room Ambience
Everyone's Dead(L4D1): Splatted!
Everyone's Dead(L4D2): Multiplayer Lose

Please note that this may be updated for other tracks to be replaced.
Also, sorry for the terrbile video. My regualr recording software doesn't work well with L4D...

UPDATE LIST:

-Update 12/13/2015: Added new music for Safe Rooms.

-Update 12/16/2015: Increased the volume and changed L4D2 survivors' Level complete music & everyone's dead theme.

-Update 1/30/2016: Replaced old video with gameplay footage showcasing *Most* of the sounds that were replaced.

I love how almost all of these sound cheery and lighthearted, and then there's the Left 4 Death song. Either way, great mod!!

Sorry for not responding. Steam's been quite difficult lately.
The Witch is a hard one to replace since her theme is more eerie. It's difficult for me to get a theme that would replace the Witch's while maintaining that eerie vibe. Tentacular Circus is way too bouncy and happy for the Witch's theme. Don't get me wrong, I love Tentacular Circus; it's my favorite Singleplayer theme next to Eight-Legged Advance.

As for Splatoon 2 themes, I haven't done them for two main reasons:

I don't own the game and don't wish to be spoiled.

The Sounds Resource, the website I went to to get the Splatoon 1 songs, hasn't released the music tracks with their different variants (Normal, Kettle, Alert, etc...) at the time of this message.
