"Because even though I can do this with what game maker currently provides. It'd be great to go even further with it. Just saying~

I mean seriously, this looks good and all. But I know game maker can do a whole lot better if it got more attention in the 3D department~

to other people commenting, I think it seems rather demeaning to try and just tell someone to use another engine. At least in my opinion, I personally find joy from doing things in unorthodox ways and you can gain a lot from doing so. Not to mention how impressive this is, good job :)

Gamemaker Studio 3: Dimensional

Why not just use Unity3d for 3d games and game maker for 2d, I think game maker is much better for 2d than unity. I think if they focus on 3d we could miss out on 2d stuff.
