there was a crawl space in an L shaped room on the first floor....i got Mysterious Liquid from it

im playing this right now and as soon as i went into the first sacrifice room....not only did i get teleported to the devil room (which had Guppy's Collar and Dark Matter) there was a stone chest with Guppy's Head in it too
