• █ Cap max fps at one of these: 60, 120, 135, or 150, and set MaxFrameLatency = "3", and Serialize Renderer = "0". Somebody fixed the netcode and the way the game caps fps.
  
• █ Run the game in Windowed (Fullscreen) mode, rather than in Fullscreen mode.
  
• If your game won't start, try Clean Boot procedure as per Microsoft article KB929135, or add an exception for the game in your antivirus program, or restart your network.
  
• After some game updates, and when experiencing some game inconsistencies, it's good to exit all of game and Steam (even icon in system tray), then delete the game's "players" folder and Steam's "appcache" folder, then start up game again. Helps cure the "not-the-same-as-yesterday syndrome".
  
• Report players by doing Esc/Social/Recent Players/find name on list and click.
  
• Bots in the match are great. Go into the Social menu/Manage Party/Player Limit, set it to 18. Then click into Multiplayer/Custom Games/Configure Game/Configure Bots, choose number of bots for Black Ops team and CDP team, and Start Game.

NAT Issues

Moderate or Strict NAT issue █
Set port forwarding on the router to the IP address of the PC using port 3074 UDP and TCP.
If there is more than one console or PC used for gaming on the network,
the second console or PC can be redirected to use port 3075 UDP and TCP,
a third console or PC used for gaming to port 3076 UDP and TCP, etc.
To see if port 3074 is open[portforward.com]
To setup forwarding port 3074[portforward.com]
Also enable (in some cases, disable) UPnP on your router or gateway.

To resolve issue of Moderate NAT (which wasn't moderate prior to latest patch), log into router and forward port 27017 UDP to the IP address of your PC.

NVidia Settings

Not really necessary to use Fast Sync.

• Fast Sync allows DirectX applications to render faster than the display refresh rate yet display frames without tearing. The frontend of the render pipeline is decoupled from the backend display. If Fast Sync is not an option in NVidia Control Panel, then open up NVidia Profile Inspector (an exe in the NVidia Inspector package) and set Vsync to 0x18888888. Only use Fast Sync when FPS is always at a high value. If Fast Sync is on, also set VSync Tear Control to Adaptive in NVidia Profile Inspector.
  
  
• VSync Behavior Flags = "0x00000000" improves frame presentation.

@ramsy Multiplayer is SHIT these days, its almost unplayable because of the fps it gives. I still don't know why that happens

Everyone, for the GPU Problem you need to put VideoMemory at 0.75, making it use all the gpu memory it can, giving the gpu more use and making it have more FPS.

Zombies runs perfectly fine, upwards of 200 FPS on most maps, multiplayer is capped around 51-52 FPS. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried a lot of things, I don't want to download any mod menus, injectors or any software like that.

Some one can help me, my cpu is 100% playing the game, and my GPU its only 50% giving unstable FPS, my pc is a ryzen 2600x 1660ti W11, the game is on SSD.
